Ranchland Inn

We recently stayed here and found the staff to be extremely accommodating and friendly. We were on a cycling trip and they permitted us to bring our bicycles into our room which gave us piece of mind. Staff at the front desk helped us with the logistics of sending a parcel home. The room was clean,quiet, large and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Old and outdated. Toilet didn't flush properly. Very smelly - like stale smoke! We paid extra because we were traveling with our small dog but I have respiratory issues so staying in this room was awful. $181.60 to stay in this toxic room. More than disappointing! Never will I ever recommend this joint!

Had an excellent stay! Well priced rooms. Dog friendly. The layout worked great for the dog. Was able to keep his dog bowls by the microwave & the on the tiles, so he didn't get a mess on the carpet.Decently clean and didn't expect much for breakfast but at least there was coffee, fruit, yogurt & muffins to continue our drive.Will be staying there again next time my family and I travel to Vancouver.

Great experience their front desk team is amazing...!! Guy at front desk I believe his name is Shashank has excellent customer service skills...!! Rooms were super clean. They also have free breakfast and hot tub. Compare to others motels I find their rates are very reasonable. Will definitely come again

Room was fine. Went down for breakfast and there was a few muffins and a yogurt left with no coffee. Rang the bell multiple times in hopes of getting something for our family of four with no response. Went back to the room to make coffee and the coffee maker in the room didn’t work. Kids were looking forward to the hot tub but looked close and said by appointment only. On our way out, saw the front desk staff walk in from sitting outside (he was there the whole time we were ringing the bell and ignored us). Wouldn’t recommend based on customer service alone.

Originally I had booked this place for a month as I was in the area working. She gave me a monthly rate which was fairly reasonable. When checking in, the full amount was charged to my card. I asked “Is this a pre-authorized payment or actual? Her response “actual but, reimbursement will come back if leaving early”.10 nights later, I check out due to my job site location and plans changing. She completely denies everything and tells me no difference will be refunded. “It’s in our policy, we don’t refund monthly rates” I offered to pay full price for the 10 nights and then get a refund for the month I paid. She tells me no and decides to keep a roughly $700 difference. Not to mention, Never complained about the toilet chain that kept falling off each flush or the shower curtain that smelled like a dirty mop. I didn’t sign anything saying that monthly rates are final sale. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Clean and easy to find.Stayed because it was pet friendly.Made me feel like an honored guest.

They charged me $100 deposit and l went in to get it, He told me he didn’t charge me, then l check my bank, l was charged, now she says l have to physically go back to get my money back which l am out of townThey rip you off!! Do not stay here!! They lie to you!! The rooms aren’t clean!! Very noisy!!They had better give me money deposit back and not make job more excuses!! or lies!!

We stayed here as a cheaper alternative to sun peaks. We knew that booking it, it was a budget friendly option and we were not going to be in a 5 star hotel. For what we needed it for, it was perfect so I’m giving it 5 stars. Comfortable, clean, warm and quiet. The rooms are spacious and had a fridge and coffee maker etc. free breakfast was nice. Fresh coffee, muffins and light snacks. Perfect if your not a breakfast person, good for on the go! The guy at the desk was friendly and check in and out was simple! I’d certainly stay again for the same purpose.
