Alliance Security Systems of Ottawa

I live in a SFH in the downtown core where the risk of intrusion is higher than most areas. I called a few local recognized security companies for a quote just before Christmas. Some called back, but did not really follow up. I suppose it was due to the holiday season. Only Terrill showed up to my house, business card in hand and provided with me basic security tips and a rough quote. I appreciated his candor and forthrightness. His team methodically installed the system 2 weeks later and my house is well protected now. The back office, run by Paula is very responsive. So far, so good and I would not hesitate to recommend Alliance.

I've been an Alliance Ottawa customer for a while now. You can't replace the customer service you receive when you call after hours. The person who picks up is the owner and he solves any issue straight away. We recently upgraded our panel and it was a fast, easy install. After the install I had a question regarding the app and Terrill the owner was of course on top of my question and fixed it immediately. I'm happy to stay with a small independent owner. It's the individual attention you juat can't get anywhere else.

Very happy with the services provided by Alliance. They've always been helpful & efficient, and in almost 10 years I haven't had a single issue. They've been able to accommodate any unique requests I've had and offer a wide variety of services. The software they offer is outstanding, very modern, secure, and easy to use. Great local company to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation

I signed a 3 year contract for a business that has since closed. They offered to move the alarm system to my home… which I agreed. Three years later I asked to cancel my contract as per my understanding when signed. I was then told that, when I asked to cancel after the end of the contract, the contract is renewed automatically for a year. After 3 years and without remembering the fine print, I am penalized for paying another year needlessly. Also, one of the opening’s alarm was disabled for over 6 months and they didn’t bother to fix it, to let me know or they may not even know it. This is a red flag for me.I will be looking at what I can do to cancel without penalties. Buyer beware!!!

, I had no other option but to pipe in. We have been dealing with Alliance for almost 3 years now and it is by far the best system and service out there! When the alarm goes off, for whatever reason, it takes no more than a minute for our phone to ring... The team at Alliance is rock solid and awesome at what they do; provide the very best customer service! They give expert, honest advice. It is a shame to see people publicly attack others when things don't go their way..... We would recommend this company hands down to anyone looking for a security system... I am extremely happy with my decision to switch from my old alarm provider to Alliance Security Systems of Ottawa. I didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment, everyone I have spoken to has been so professional, reliable, knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. I would definitely recommend Alliance to anyone that wants to feel like their home is in good hands, safe and secure. Plus, an added bonus of supporting a local small business where you are treated like a friend and not just an account number!

When I bought my first home many moons ago, I shopped around and went with what I thought was the best deal. That was the biggest mistake of my life. I had problems with equipment, had to make a number of service calls and it was beyond frustrating.I called Terrill @ Alliance. He came out on schedule and did a very thorough assessment. It turns out that not only did the previous company do a poor job installing inferior equipment, but numerous areas were poorly protected.20 years & 4 homes later, Terrill @ Alliance is the only phone call I make to ensure the safety & security of my home but most importantly, my family. He's not the cheapest, but he's hands down the best.You will never regret choosing Terrill @ Alliance Security of Ottawa.

Alliance Security has been protecting my home since 2015 (7 years now) with zero issues. They actually monitor and call back when an alarm is received which was not always the case with my previous company in my previous home. They have not sold my contract to another company without even informing me as my previous company did in my previous home. It's a pleasure to work with a company that actually do their job well.

I have been an Alliance customer for the last 3 years in my new home. I had never had an alarm before but wanted to have that sense of security Alliance has provided to us. Alliance worked with us and went through the house pointing out issues with the existing system, corrected them, went over everything and was neat and tidy not leaving a mess. Their monitoring fees are exceptional compared to others out there and during my learning curve was always available to answer my questions and even point me to the mobile app I use daily! I would recommend Alliance if you were looking to replace your existing provider or have a new install done.

Just got my new system completed today . This was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with . From the initial contact till the words we are done it’s been a above average experience. No high pressure sales just the owner sitting and listening to my concerns and developing a system based on what he felt would suit me best . No selling stuff we didn’t need . The quote clear and concise and was accepted . Next was the office girl . She was on point . She’s set an install date and time . Great communications . Then enter Denis and Dylan , the techs that showed up , the face of the company . Professional and right to work to do what they do . They offered their input to help maximize the system . No muss no fuss . Paula there every step of the way helping guide me through the technical paperwork . She earned her pay with me . To top it off Terril , local owner touched based with me to thank me for supporting this local business . Another key sales point is monitoring is local . No call center oversees . I feel secure and confident with the system . This is a highly recommended company to deal with . If you need a system these are the guys to reach out to .
