Lots of selection of clothing, shoes and accessories for children of all ages. Very stylish outfits and trendy styles. This store is organize and tidy but tight if you have a stroller especially in the baby area. Staff are always nice and helpful. Great price on discounted items.

Never had a problem before until now. Avoid this place all together.I ordered $250+ worth of clothing for my kid to go to school. Was never delivered. Customer support never got back to me. Even with many emails. Called them and after a few tries and this guy going back and forth with his manager they informed me I’d have to take time off work to go to the bank before it closes and file a dispute to get my money back!!!!! Scam! They take your money and don’t deliver. Won’t issue refunds or anything. Shop elsewhere

I shop here once in a while. I think they have nice clothing for children but it's quite expensive. I usually wait for an item my daughter will like to go on sale before I purchase it. The store is located at the Southcenter Mall and there is a lot of free parking available.

Although the product available is high quality and selection/price are fairly good, they regularly do this one thing that just drives me NUTS. Several times while shopping, I've noticed large sale signs in their window and decided to take a look. Their signs are advertising 40% off of everything in the store!" or something similar. In the finest print known to man

Went here on dec 3. As we were going through checkout, they told me to put in my email. I asked if it was for the receipt and whether or not I would receive promotional emails. I was told it was and that I would receive one single promo email for a discount on my next purchase. The receipt printed anyway but I figured she just hit the wrong button and moved on.That’s when the emails started. I received 5 emails the same day, all junk. I unsubscribed to one of the very first, but was given the message that it takes them 72 hours to unsubscribe you. That’s right, they get your email under false pretences and waste no time bombarding you with emails, but for some reason cant unsubscribe you for 72 hours. I thought that was bad, but it was only the beginning. Since then I have received an additional 36 emails. Todays date is December 16. It was most certainly been 72 hours. I unsubscribed again today, but I don’t expect the results to differ. Until I hire a lawyer, I don’t think these emails will stop. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!

At around 6:00 pm on Thursday September 13, 3018, My wife and I went to this location to return some clothes. As soon as well walked in, we saw one associate (Caucasian girl) neatly folding garments. However, when she saw is come in, she did not not even acknowledge us. In fact, she looked at me and then turned away as if she had no time for helping us. That's fine, maybe I read into it too much. We found our own clothes for our eight year old. As I approached the till, the same associate did not even acknowledge us. She only acknowledged us when her co-worker (Filipino girl)asked if we been helped. Even at that time, she still seemed like she didn't want to help us. She in fact made an effort to turn her head and ignored us. As we figured out what clothes that our eight year old would wear, we approached the till and she started to process our exchange. This associate was still disengaged. I thought that was pretty sub par service until her co-worker answered the phone. Her co-worker was very rude to the person on the phone. Very short with the person that seemed like they had some questions. The said co worker had told the person on the phone in a very rude way just give me the size". The co worker came back to pick up the phone and said in a very rude way

Went to pick up an online order. Cashier couldn't find it and couldn't access the online orders on her computer. Tried to call the manager but got no answer. She then started helping other people without finishing my order. I waited for a total of 25 minutes before leaving with nothing. Terrible service.

I had a horrible experience from the Jane, Manager at this store. She was rude and was shouting at me and my kids to leave the store right away when they were about to close the store. She didn't give any prior notice that they were closing soon. When I asked why you didn't notify us that the store is about to close, she yelled us to get out of the store. Kids got really scared and said they don't want. Will never go back to Children's place at this location again. How one employees attitude can damage the value of a good brand like Childrens place."
