VERY helpful owner; you can tell she cares about customers and the product. I love getting presents for my girlfriend here as they bring stuff from Japan all the time. Prices are overall reasonable; naturally some items are marked up due to the import process. If you need more information or advice, the staff can definitely help. Manage your coupons here as they do add up nicely if you are a regular.

I told the lady today I wanted lenses but my prescription is -1. She continues to try to sell me -1.50 and even -2.00, because there wasn’t lenses for my degree. Dude, do you know how trash you were being? u seriously wanted to sell me something that doesn’t suit me, that will damage my vision. You disgusted me.

I've never left a positive review on ANYTHING but let me tell you I bought a product here and it made my breakouts worse and when I went back to see what their return policy was, the owner was there to help me with a few options, all accomodating to my needs. She was so helpful in helping me choose another product for exchange but also gave me the option to get a refund. She took her time in answering my questions and she also gave two hefty samples and I've never left a store feeling more satisfied with customer service. She told me to come back and that she just wants to help. The sweetest woman ever and I will definitely come back.

I was not sure what to expect when I walked into to the store. I picked up a cute diffuser and hair product. Evelyn was a great help as well I picked an lucky envelope and got 20% off an item. I wanted everything that was cute inside the store.
