Was going here for awhile. Until they ended up pushing the root of a tooth and puncturing my nasal cavity.They then told me they couldn't do anything and referred me to another clinic, where it would of costed $3600 to fix.Unable to afford because 2 weeks prior i was hit by a car, I sat there for 4 months with this painful problem.Only then was i able to get the maxillofacial surgeon covered by OHIP through my family doctor.Even with the surgery the inside my mouth will never be the same.Traumatized to go to any dentist now.

The professionalism and friendliness of the experience was great. All the ways that office has been set up to be covid safe were explained and I really appreciated knowing that. Husband and wife team so you only get exposed to 1 other household and the dental office air ventilation rate was measured to decide on time-spacing between appointments.And then the actual dental cleaning was professional and well-explained each step of the way. I'm very happy I chose to make this appointment.

I went to Dr. Kotzer after researching a family dentist in Downtown Toronto and being traumatized by a butcher dentist franchise. Dr. Kotzer is so kind and patient and considerate to us chicken patients lol. I am so happy I found a family dentist who has compassion and kindness and will work with you. I find the ladies at the front very nice as well. I got so lucky, karma is good :)

Dr Brian Kotzer and the entire staff is amazing! They do more then just fill cavities and clean teeth. Book one appointment with them and guaranteedyou will become a life time patient.

Been going there for a couple of years. Have recommended to friends and family . The whole family is extremely kind, nice and very understanding. They helped me out a lot when I did not have good insurance plan.

Dr Kotzer is so wonderful! He cares a lot about his patients, he is dedicated and gentle. He makes the experience of going to the dentist something that my entire family enjoys :) We always recommend him to our friends and I guess it was time for me to leave a review here as well.
