Canadian Tire

Love all Canadian Tire outlets for their general value and financing options. However, if their signature Mastercraft or highly-rated products turn out to be duds, forget filing a negative review as it'll never be published. I would have hoped they would have the sense to accept the good with the bad so that other customers are saved from wasting money. Recent cases in point were a fire pit that rusted through and a nice powerful Mastercraft shop vac, which lost a part and needed to be tossed in the garbage. Photos of both are attached.

I like this store but their inventory management is awful. If their site says they have 12 or even 20 in stock, they somehow still can’t find them in the store. If you’re going in for something specific, I recommend ordering for pickup online to make sure they actually have it.

What can I say about this store that hasn't already been said?Definitely download the app and use it on bonus redemption days if you need anything. Collecting CT money is slow if you don't.Their Auto Batteries are great.Their Tires are decent for the priceTheir Tools are decent for the average person and their replacement guarantee is awesome.They have been brought back from the brink of death and are now going strong. Keep up the good work. I'm more then happy to support this Canadian company.

Great deals if what you need is on sale it’s a good price.Hard to find staff that know what they are talking about or care but that girl in seasonal is excellent! She gives best customer service from Canadian tire I have had in a while, she helps all customers waiting kindly and won’t rush you. if you need help with yard tools, malfunctions, or information on any of Canadian tire products shes the one to find !

I am always pleased with the customer service at this location.Specifically the Store Manager Lisa.She truly went above and beyond for my visit and transaction. With the help of Maria as well, I left the store feeling so confident to shop again.5stars

Today, a nice young man (I didn't catch his name) gave us great service at the propane station. Unfortunately, someone mistakenly took our tank after it had been filled. I could tell the associate felt bad about what happened, and he called the manager, who promptly gave us a brand new tank. I hope the owner/manager sees this post, as I don't want this associate taking the blame. He was very polite, hard working, and professional and our experience was great despite the mix-up.

The relates to the service centre. The store itself has always been great.Went to another garage that was closer to get winter tires put on last month and they couldn't get one of the nuts off because it was overtorqued/misthreaded. The last time someone had touched my tires was at this CT in June when they replaced the brakes. Called CT and Dan told me that since someone else had touched it, there was no way to know if it was their fault. Said he would 'work with us to take care of it'. Took the car in and they charged us an hour labour to cut off the bad nut then pushed us to get a new set of nuts. Said no thanks, just replace the one. This is what they replaced it with...UPDATE: Called their customer service team a week or more ago. Said they would look into it. Haven't heard anything back. Had a better look at the invoice, and they actually billed me for a replacement nut. So I paid 6 dollars for a rusty old nut they had sitting around the garage.

I am extremely disappointed in the service department. I went in to buy new all season tires and rims. After explaining my previous nightmare at OK Tire where they stole my stock rims and gave me mismatched and different size rims and tires…..I find out canadian tire sold me “NEW” tires with DOT 2621!! These tires are 2 years old and these people have the audacity to sell them to me at full price!!! I called and spoke with store manager who then took a message and informed me that the service manager would call me back… of course- I got no call back! I got scammed! Nobody disclosed to me that the tires were from 2021… I have a right to know what I am buying as a customer and these tires should not be sold as “new” After paying $1200 for 4 tires and rims I am beyond livid!!!

Worst experience I’ve had dealing with an auto shop. Technician came out throwing a fit and changed his mind on helping me fix the vehicle.What a joke and waste of a morning.

Your staff need better training. Called for a quote on new tires after looking for the tires I wanted on the website. Guy told me a more expensive price. Then when called out, says he's unable to order the ones I see on the website. Why?? How does that make any sense?
