Have had many instances of missing or overcooked items with this place, but today takes the cake. I asked for yolky eggs and for garlic toast to not be cut with an order of steak and eggs, so I received 2 rock hard yolks(no egg white) and a piece of steak(which was room temperature). Not to mention half a cup of a 5 dollar drink. No side, or usual fresh fruit(well, thats pretty inconsistent as well). It seems I offended someone with my simple requests (which I wouldn't have made if my orders weren't overcooked or wrong often). Either they're inconsistent due to learning or different staff, or someone there deliberately messes up orders if they're offended by the order somehow. Even after countless fouled orders I always thought, mistakes happen, but this instance was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have a strong feeling my order was messed with somehow, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered with this review. I won't be ordering from here again, and I advise anyone else to order at any of the other amazing restaurants in the area that don't seem to be bipolar depending on the day.

It was an amazing experience, I went there with my girlfriend for a late breakfast the food was delicious nothing to gourmet but for the price it was excellent. Our server made the experience however, I believe her name was Jamie, she was incredibly friendly and made the meal much more enjoyable. I would 10/10 recommend

Great experience! Breakfast buffet had eggs benedict, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage and butter chicken with rice. Staff was very professional and the cook came out and spoke with us as well. The restaurant is very nicely remodelled. I would recommend anyone to go try their large menu!

Great service! The veal was delicious and so was the liver & onionsAlso, the adventurous and playful spirit of our server was fantastic!Thanks for the vanilla mocha latte!The Chicken Cordon Bleu is also very goodThe Turkish Pork Kebabs is so good, I think it is my new favorite!

While we were going to Edmonton we came across this place Days Inn sylvan lake. We stayed overnight and the rooms were nice everything was neat and tidy, the beds were nice and comfy and everything was there if we needed. The restaurant experience was excellent the food was top tier and the staff were friendly, and the best customer service we've had without a doubt. The overall experience was fantastic and we'd definitely come back again.

Food not bad, service is the worst I have ever seen. Waitress didn't show up, so we went and got the breakfast buffet. Sat to eat, still no waitress, so I found is some cutlery and salt n pepper and asked at the counter for water. Still nothing came. Finally when I was almost done eating someone came and asked us if we wanted a drink! Manager was just standing around, while dirty tables just sat and people were waiting a very long time just to get any service. It was bad.

I ordered their Tuscan style chicken fettuccine pasta and it was really so good. I worked at Italian Restaurant before and I have been longing to taste that kind of flavors again for a pasta. The staffs are friendly and very nice too. Thank you for a great service today.

Super disappointed. Buffet was terrible and service was even worse. 4 out of 6 of us had the buffet. Two that ordered, the waitress forgot to put their order in. Didn’t get their food until an hour later. Not once were coffees refilled and I had to remind the waitress to bring my drink. Another couple beside us walked out after not being acknowledged for at least twenty minutes. Won’t be back
