Furball's Choice
I would give 10 stars if I could! Furball's Choice recently took care of our cats during a vacation and they were incredible! We could relax knowing our cats were in such good hands. All the pet sitters were amazing and we loved the daily photo journal updates. From the time I contacted them enquiring about the service until the last day they looked after our cats, every single person was amazing to deal with. They went above and beyond what we expected and we will absolutely be using their services again. Thank you so much :)

Great service, seems like great quality (haven't tasted it yet), good selection.Unfortunately, taking off a star (half a star, not that it matters) because on two/three occasions now I have had to come back as my dog's food of choice was not in stock on Tuesday (business is closed on Monday).I understand the supply chain is somewhat sporadic and unpredictable sometimes, and space (sq.ft) comes at a price, but it is slightly frustrating to drive a half hour to have to turn around and come home empty handed (and have to drive it again a few days later).Yes, I will call from now on, but it feels like I shouldn't have to call ahead to make sure one of the main (frozen) products sold is actually in stock.

Finally checked out their new location...and, wow! Looks fantastic. Picked out some natural treats for our dogs and had a great chat with the owners. Amazing place to get raw dog food, treats and other things for your four legged fur baby!

We recently made a trip out east and had the pet sitting service come to our house three times a day for our dogs.The service was amazing! Not only did we get journal entries of each visit and pictures of each dog and how they were doing but it was clear that the staff loved their job.I would never entertain the use of a kennel again after the excellent service and care our pets received.We would highly recommend Furball's Choice.

I had called to ask about their quality control and and if they had any recalls recently, and the gentleman who I had on the phone was amazing at explaining and going into full detail about where they get it from, the procedures the raw food goes through and the times they have denied sellers due to concern of pathogens.Would 100% recommend furballs!They are even on top of cross contamination between the chicken and other meatsThank you for the wonderful information!

Yesterday was our first visit with Furballs Choice. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were punctual and sent us lots of pictures and information about the visit. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pet sitting visits. The pet care journal was so adorable and really set me at ease about leaving my animals in their hands.

I used the dog walking services while away on vacation. Everyone that worked there was extremely patient with my dog and they submitted detailed daily journals every day, including lots of pictures. Thank you Furballs Choice for putting my mind at ease while I was away

My husband did the research and we have tried other stores who sell raw food but FURBALLS was the choice for us . Price wise they were fair , the selection was astounding and the knowledge of their products was what made us stay with fur balls .We have seen the best results in our dog (cane Corso Great Dane breed) his coat and skin is shiney, his teeth look great his digestion is great . I’m happy with the results and highly recommend !!!

I’ve been using the dog walking services for the past year and I recommend it fully. Every walker who comes goes above and beyond, and my dog absolutely loves it. After every visit you get a rundown with pictures, it’s so cute! I can’t recommend Furball’s Choice enough!
