Today was my first and last time at this nail salon. When I called to book the appointment for a pedicure and manicure/nail fill, I was told they had a special for both services at $55. I arrived at 9:58 for my 10am appointment. They sat me at a table and I waited and waited. Finally I asked why? They said my nail person was running late. At 10:15 I asked how much longer? They just shrugged. It was freezing in there and my fingers were ice cold. At 10:20 I got up and planned to leave, asked for a manager, so they took a nail person from another client to start mine, which made me very uncomfortable with the other client sitting watching. My nail person finally arrived and did a very nice job. The person who did my pedicure also did a nice job. I requested no scrubbing the bottom of my feet and no nail polish because I had expected 2 x 1 hour appointments (also that was what was texted to me) but because the first person was late, I was also leaving late to pick up my elderly aunt. I was completely shocked when I was told the price was $108. I said I was quoted $55 and she was quick to argue, said she didn't book the appointment. I told her I had clearly stated the manicure was a fill but she said because it was a french manicure that changed the price. Ok, I probably hadn't mentioned french manicure, but how can that be $53 more? She seemed ready to argue and I was already very late so I paid but I was very unhappy. Considering the first person was late, and I didn't even get my feet scrubbed or any polish, which saved them time, I expected they would be willing to honour the price I was quoted - no, and she refused to listen to my comments. Very disappointing business.

My usual nail lady had an emergency so I had to venture elsewhere. I was not disappointed by my experience here!!I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they ran with it picking the colours and getting me painted.They were so good at making sure my nails were absolutely perfect before claiming to be done. I think a couple of my nails had 3 or 4 clear top coats to make sure they were evenly painted with no dents or thinner spots.Absolutely love the colours and they have such a big selection of colours, they really have something for everyone in every colour. I'll definitely be back!

I use to be a regular customer and was satisfied until just recently my sis and I had a unpleasant situation and were very surprised by the managers reaction. My sis had a gel manicure and right after 4 of her nails just chipped. She called and asked what they can do for her and all she said was that yea we can't do much and all she can do is a 20% off...on top of that they have increased the prices as well...and she wasn't even helpful and didn't care about customer satisfaction, even though it was their mistake not doing a good finish on the nails. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore.

My wife loves this place and they do such a wonderful job. They do real nails fake nails fills and cuts. Pedicure Manicure full service. They do my dads feet too

I got my nails done here and they are the worst salon ever. Not friendly, the girl who did my nails disappeared and never came back. Another lady eventually told me I was done so I got up and put on my flip flops which wrecked my polish on both feet. The polish was very poor quality and looked worse than if I did my own nails. Silly me still left a tip. Do not recommend

I've had my nails done here a handful of times (mainly nails but sometimes toes) and I have always left happy. The prices range depending on what you're having done- usually I get a full manicure but sometimes it's just nails if I'm in a time crunch - but I find the prices reasonable and in line, if not a little less, than other nail salons. Today I had my nails done by Jenny who was AMAZING. I normally just get gel but I had a couple broken nails so I wasn't sure what I needed. I had a photo, and Jenny nailed the colour, length and shape. And she did this all from a single photo and basically no help from me (I rely on the professionals). Jenny was personable, friendly but still focused on what she was doing. Great experience!

Insane Nails, in particular, Trixie, have gone out of their way over the past 2.5 years to be kind, careful and consistent. Trixie, and for a short period,Chloe, have always treated me with gentle care and understanding. When I started my nails were a fragile, feathering mess. I’d have so much sensitivity and anxiety, but she was patient, booked extra time and now… Fast forward to today and I’m sporting healthy and fabulous nails! I’m wearing them long and bold, something that was always out of reach for me the past 21 years.I know the service I get here is outstanding in this field. I’ve been to at least 3 other salons long term and none have done as much for my hands and confidence as this team. I have also witnessed the team accommodate petty complaints with grace and applaud their shop.

LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE TO DO YOUR NAILS.just did my nails I have been coming to this places for a few months and usually was ok nothing good or bad at all but my very last last 2 times here were absolutely a waste of money and time!They don't have enough personnel to do what you want, they are still learning, which is not fair bc I'm paying for a service with someone that has already the knowledge to do what I'm being charge for!The guy is sweet and is really trying to do he's best but owner just don't care she was there the whole time and saw that I was been impatient my manicure took over 1.5 hr, last time took 2 hours I decided to give a 2nd chance. (My big mistake).He is still learning how to use tools and applying shellac, it's so obvious. I asked to repair 2 broken nails with acrylic and he doesn't know how to do it.I won't ever come back here, now I have to paid again for someone to fix that they did.Save your money and time
