they give terrible portions here, and they’re so stingy with with the portion. i pay for extra protein and it’s still terrible portions considering you’re paying close to $20 for a burrito/burrito bowl. and never order online!!! you’ll never get a full bowl or an extra amount if you pay for extra meat/protein

I wish I could just give 0 star. Two ladies working, one had the boyfriend in store for visit(both standing in the middle of the store chatting), the other lady standing right by the cash register and not acknowledging the customer. Worst of the worst customer service. Asked the lady staff to to double toast the burrito and she didn’t even let it toast once completely. This store’s was a gem 2 years ago, now worst staff and customer service, they will close their store soon if this is how they keep going with customers. Please train your staff on customer service before it’s too late and you lose all your customers. I feel bad for the owner, I am not sure if he/she knows how the store is being run.

Always disappointing. Ordered a “big” ground beef. Soooooo little meat, if any.I ask you to find any ground beef in this picture of half a burrito cut up.Go to Jimmy Guacos x 100 times better and the staff is actually pleasant.

Such a horrible experience on a Sunday morning. I asked for a big chicken burrito ,this girl while packing,I asked her if you can cut it in half and she gave one 1/2 perfectly fine and the other half was not even wrapped properly. It was half open and she put it in a bag which was torn apart, and when I asked her to give me another bag, the burrito got all open and then she gave me an answer that if you got it in half, I won’t be able to wrap the burrito and I told her you need more training I have been getting this for over 10 years and then she said OK bye - this is the attitude she gave me I’m not sure who the owner is but you need to watch this out

I'll start by saying this review is a bit far removed, and I hope things have changed since then.But, everytime I've ever gone to this location I had a bad experience.I went three times, and every single time it took at least 25 minutes to get my singular burrito. Even when I was first in line, it took 25 minutes. I'm still unsure why it took so terribly long, but it looked as if everyone was fighting with the cash register to get it to work.It got really awkward when the entire staff came to rangle with the machine as a line began to grow and grow behind me.I felt bad, it made me feel like I was holding up the line.I don't blame the staff too much though, and I bet nobody working then works nowadays.Anyways, when I finally got my burrito it was just kinda mid. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. I've had better burritos on a college campus, and in a quarter of the time too.Overall, if you've never been, give it a shot, maybe things have changed and you'll be served a good burrito in a reasonable time frame. But I wasn't.

I've had burritos from many places and usually this place is great but this location is absolutely terrible. No flavor dry rice and stale wraps. I got the bottom of the bin last crumbs of rice and asked for fresh and got there isn't any right now." 2 min later someone new walked in and I'm like oh no what will you do with No rice.. and they turned around and walked out. As they should! Won't be going back here. Go anywhere but this location!"

I had been craving fish tacos for the longest time and finally got a chance to order the fish tacos. The lady that took my order was in a very annoyed mood, and took my order in a very rushed manner. Confirmed the toppings. I told her, I would pick the toppings, I understand the guacamole and cheese were extra. She only filled the ONE taco with the toppings. I was already confused by it. She took the box to the back and then called my order once it was “ready”. I opened the box, the other two tacos had NO toppings still and she put the sauce (which I’m allergic to) on the top. I told her I didn’t want the sauce, she’s like well you didn’t say anything and it comes with the sauce. I told her okay, but I physically can’t eat this and I paid for it. She grunted and took it to the back and scrapped the sauce off (as you can see in picture, the box is filled with sauce on the side), instead of making me a new one. To avoid causing a scene, we just left, but my boyfriend ended up eating the tacos and I went and got food elsewhere.

Their fish!!! worth it........I went to this location last weekend when they had re-grand opening. I have been to this location before and I wasn't happy with the service and food so I thought to give one more chance as of they have new owners.I had burrito which was one of the best burritos I had in my life. I could test every layers-rice, beans, FISH, all veggie and sauces. Amazing right? It is very rare that your palate can have test spicy/sour/tangy everything at the same time. Woohoo.Next day I went there with my kids and I had fish again(it was yuum) and my family tried Chicken, Barbacoa and Shrimp. Everything was up to the mark.Quality, quantity and service 5/5

Past 4 or 5 times we ordered burritos, there was barely any beef in it. Half of my burrito was just sauce and rice, then chewy shredded beef.Not one to complain but it was very good the many times I had ordered before but now terrible.
