I have a Pixel 4 XL, which many places won't even attempt to fix. They did the repair and there were some issues with the replacement screen, but they will not stop until I am satisfied. I'm positive they will lose money on the whole ordeal, but they seem very intent on making me happy. The problems were due to the nature of the phone (it's notoriously hard to repair), but they still went to great lengths to get me squared away.

Went to another phone repair shop with broken iPad screen. That said it was true apple part . Screen never worked correctly, after atwo months of frustration brought it here for another screen. This one works just like it was new out of apples box.Don't waste time come here and you get quality and reliable service from great people. Western Phone & Tablet Repair are #1 in my book.

Recently visited with my phone in hopes of fixing it so I could access some lost photos. Staff was excellent and was able to help! They also had a large variety of cases and screen protectors to choose from at great prices!Highly recommend!

Awesome service! I took my iPad to him which was basically smashed and he repaired it no problem. I’ve taken other devices in as well and the services are always speedy and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business !!

Amazing service, got my screen fixed on my ipad in less than a day and had my battery replaced after my iPhone started to turn off and reset constantly. He knew the phone issue instantly and fixed it on the spot replacing the battery. Service could not have been any better. He gave me an amazing deal too! . Shaobo (the owner) is so kind and professional and amazing at what he does. He could not have been kinder to me. If I could give this business 20 stars I would!!! Highly recommend
