I placed an order for several different packets of seeds on February 11, 2022. To date I have not received the order, and according to my account, the order is not yet fulfilled. I have made several attempts to contact the company, both by email and telephone, and in both cases I have yet to communicate with anyone associated with West Coast Seeds. Very disappointed with the absence of service and follow-up. This will be the last time I order from this company.

Actually I wanted to give West Coast Seeds zero star. Their products have high chance of contaminated seeds. Be careful they sell yarrow seeds but they pack in there gout weeds. My whole rock garden is invaded" with few packets of gout weed

low to very low germination raté( 40 to 60% ) on Some flowers . Of course it is not mentionned on the Web site when you buy them. Would you buy a pack With 42 % germination rate ? Instead of.compensate by giving you more seeds - like others do - their answer is that is normal . FIRST AND LAST TIME. Ils seems they can afford to loose clients .

Seed Mail order system is poorly set up. If something is out of stock, you can choose to receive an email notification. But there is no way to track which seeds you requested to be emailed on, and the company can not tell you either, but has full confidence in their system's ability to notify once they have arrived. A delivery charge is for each order. Seeds can not be held until the order is complete. So in theory you could pay +$7.00 charge for every seed packet as it rolls inCustomer care - could care less Your choice what you want to do or not

One of my favourite seed companies! I've been purchasing from their website for a couple of years now. Their website has a lot of useful information on how to grow things, and it's easy to navigate. I've never had an issue with my order not showing up. Their notification system for out of stock seeds has always worked for me, too.

Kelly in Home Gardener customer service call support was just awesome. Listened to my issue of not finding grass seed at the quantity I required. She provided a plan for me to order online and she would do what she could to expedite the shipment from the warehouse. Order Monday, received the package on Thursday. Great customer service and even better problem solving solutions. Well Done Westcoast Seeds and Kelly.

Not at all happy with these guys. They changed one of the seed potatoes for a different one without letting me know even though I ordered early and it said in stock when I did . When I mailed them they just confirmed the package had been delivered so they obviously didn't read the mail properly! Could've saved myself $23 shipping and bought from a local store

Got a small packet of Tumbler cherry tomatoes and liked them. They are quite expensive at $6.49 plus almost $10 shipping for 10 seeds. So, next time I ordered a pack of 100 seeds which works out to half the price per seed. The new seeds are not true to type, they did not have the same tumbling growth habit and were nearly as prolific. I emailed customer support, they said they'd issue a refund. Three months and two followups later, still no refund. Not even respondind to my emails. I will not be giving my money to this business ever again.

I have a small market garden. I have 2 acres of veg that i plant each year (I give all the produce away). I rarely have any problems with any of the seeds from WCS but this year a few things just did not do as well as I hoped for sprouting. These were however one year old seeds so i thought that may be the problem. Contacted WCS for advice and WOW, they were so kind and helpful it blew me away. Maggie sent me some replacements and a few bonuses as well. Never expected that! Even though they are so busy due to Covid things, they have not lost their touch for amazing customer service. THANKS from Dr AL

CHECK FOR APHIDS ON SEEDLINGS: Picked up a number of seedlings from their seedling sale, mostly peppers and one cucumber. Two of the pepper plants contained bonus aphids that have now taken over my seedlings and multiplied at an exponential rate. I have a number of seedlings growing indoors on grow lights so didn't notice the aphids right away (because I'm indoors, why check for bugs) until the plants started curling and dying.
