My husband and I just had AIL representatives to our house and they were both very informative and helpful in explaining our life insurance. Great service and personable. They were able to work with us to get a plan that was within our budget. Answered all our questions to our satisfaction.

Changing my initial five start review. Good to deal with if you are a potential new customer. Horrible to deal with otherwise. I had to issue a stop payment on my insurance as they refused to send me the proper paperwork to cancel.

If you want 20 calls in a week while you are on vacation for their free will kit" then this is the company for you. Pushy and non stop calling."

Stay away from this company. They exploit your personal information and data in an attempt to sell their products, not only to you but also to the people you know.Firstly, they deceive customers by using the Union name, offering an additional insurance policy at no cost.Secondly, during a 1.5-hour Zoom meeting, their representative, Demetri, requested my personal information and the contact details of at least 5 individuals who know me, supposedly to verify my identity. He claimed this was necessary for eligibility purposes.Subsequently, Demetri proceeded to complete a contract for additional benefits, which came at an extra cost, under the guise of being a requirement for the free life insurance eligibility.Upon refusing to make a purchase, they resorted to calling my friends, using my name, in an attempt to sell their services to them.

Again another agent who offered to help with my husband's claim re back accident injury and AIL continues to ignore our claim. Please don't fall for this coverage. Too good to be true canel immediately

The products that they had for us fit my families needs perfectly, Ive done my research and shopping with other company’s but I couldn’t find any other permanent programs with lower rates than they had. The representative that sat down with me was very polite and knew what he was talking about. Very good company!

Was told that I would get a call if I was approved or not before any money was pulled out of my account. Surprise, 3 days later (with no phone call) they randomly pulled over $100 from my bank account. Tried calling both the agent I talked to and the company itself to cancel and get my money back and no one has called me back. Going to get BBB and a lawyer involved next. Run as fast as you can away from this company. Bunch of scam artists.

Out of the four insurance companies I use this is the worst I would recommend keeping the money you would pay them (or find someone else to use) and be better off.Easy to get but useless. hard to cancel.One Week later and still getting run around. out of my hands now and into my lawyer. I'm sure it will be over soon. I won't post tell after lawyer says it's OK. well it's been two weeks and now I can pay to cancel all my coverage with one simple payment of 87 ish dollars well worth the price to get away from amerian life

very poor company.extremely pushy and disorganized, never sent me my policy number or any information about it.raised prices and charged me more without letting me know.took over 4 months to cancel my account because of the horrible customer service I kept getting rerouted and never found anyone that was able to help me until I got the charges blocked from the bank.

Had the opportunity to talk to Ivan and I was so pleased with everything we spoke and it was a great investment in my opinion. Unfortunately I could not register for this because I am not a permanent resident yet. But as soon as I become one i would be coming back to this company especially because of the amazing conversation I had with Ivan. A really great guy and great company, looking forward to talking talking to Ivan and the company soon
