TT Beauty Nails Spa Burlington

I came here yesterday to get my nails done, and it is definitely my new go to place. The service here is amazing, and everyone’s so nice. Veronica did my nails and she did an amazing job, she was also very sweet and so funny, and super easy to talk to.

If you look for nail design, don’t go to this place. I’ve tried every employee and the owner Lucy and they all can’t handle designs.I showed Lucy a picture and asked if she can do it and she said yes. She’s then done a horrible job with it. My nails were smudged and you can see holes throughout the base of the nail. I went back 3 times after for her to fix it and she said she’s busy and wouldn’t even fix her own mistake! Lastly I booked an appointment in front of Lucy and an employee to come on Sunday at noon. They said they have 12pm and 2pm available, I chose 12pm. When I get there on Sunday, she also tells me she’s full and can’t do it today even though I booked an appointment and I can see that no body else is walking in the same time so it’s not double booking! She insists she doesn’t have time today to fix her mess, in the meantime I hear one of the employees on the phone booking an appointment for 2pm that day!Because she already charged me $15 plus tax extra on design on top of my gel refill charge, she doesn’t care to fix her work now. She already got paid, why bother!I would’ve tolerated incompetent staff who can’t do designs because that’s not their faults. But lying and manipulation is unacceptable. Me, my friends and sisters were all coming here for convenience! But this incident showed me how dishonest this owner and staff are. Trust is gone. Congratulations Lucy, you’ve lost 5 customers.

I called TT nails last minute hoping to book a gel manicure and pedicure before vacation. I was super last minute booking and they accommodated me and even went so far as to stay a little after closing. They definitely didn't need to do this, but I really appreciated being able to squeeze in both services before my vacation. They did a great job and I've received several compliments on my gel manicure! I will definitely be back!

Lucy and her staff are awesome. Friendly and very professional. I leave with a smile and gorgeous nails. Thanks for always making it an awesome experience.

I popped in for a last minute appointment and my nails were a mess. Two broken and totally overgrown but I left so happy with the service. Lucy is so sweet and an amazing nail tech! She took her time and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with the shape and length. I’ll definitely be back :)

I was referred here by a friend of mine who lives in the area and I visited and booked with Lucy for a pedicure. The service was amazing and the girls were so nice! Turned out excellent and very affordable. Will definitely be back!

I love TT Nail Spa so much! The ladies are kind, helpful, knowledgable and always go the extra mile to make sure I am thrilled with my nails after each visit. The salon is clean and they offer a large range of service. I can't recommend them enough!

this place is absolutely horrible. do not go here. it’s such a waste of money. i spent $70 on acrylic nails that are supposed to last over a month. over 4 of them have fallen off by little amounts of pressure just like picking up my phone. they are so cheap looking i mine as well get press ons from walmart. some of the staff are nice but the rest are super rude. if i do not get a refund i sure hope this place gets shut down. also took them 4 hours to do acrylics. & i’m not even kidding when i say that. do not go here if you don’t like burning money.

I went for a pedicure and loved it. Excellent service, so clean and relaxing. My daughter got her nails done and they did an amazing job. Bests she's had yet and a great price. We will keep coming back.

Love this spot, as they made it cute, pink and glamorous and still have great service (missing in a lot of places these days!) Victoria always slays my nails. Highly recommend!
