Food is great, service depends on who it is.Waited in line for 20 minutes.The lady makes the food for the gentleman behind me, and then I have to wait another 10 minutes.Food still didnt get made, decided to walk out, since no one approached me. No one said thanks for waiting or we made a mistake.Clearly they knew, since the boss, was talking about itFeel really disappointed, was my go to place, coming from delta even for it.Won't be back for a while.

Falafel is always fresh, there is often a line here for a reason. Authentic flavour and always fresh vegetables. One of the best falafel in greater Vancouver area.Good price, and two sizes. The small is filling in itself and the large is tough for even me to finish and I'm 215 lbs.Highly recommended.

Good prices, delicious fresh food and to top it up great costumer service. Today we tried the mixed platter which was fantastic! I don’t understand how they can make even just rice taste better! Their food is outstanding. The portion was super generous and their staff was super friendly! Recommend 1000%! Happy happy customer here.

Deserves a solid 5 star ratings and rightfully so. I was skeptical about trying the food at first because so many places serving Middle Eastern cuisine around New West never lived up to the hype they gathered on community pages when we actually tried the food. This by far is the best place in New West if you want Shawarma. The meat was juicy and tender, well cooked and well flavoured, would recommend trying the spicy sauce if you like spicy food.

Had the large mix shawarma wrap / donair yesterday for dinner. Dreamt about it last night & thinking about it all day today. I think this is the start of a very tasty problem for me. 5 Stars!Fresh food, super friendly owners, fast service, clean establishment, fair prices, huge portions… pickled beets! Looking forward to the next time, which will be sooooon!!!Love the grilling of the pita too. Adds structural integrity as well as a nice texture!Photo is my donair on a larger than average dinner plate.

I came here today for the first time on a recommendation. And WOW!I walk in, the place is bright, colourful, and clean, and the workers are smiling, friendly, and kind. I had a very pleasant exchange with the worker, my order was ready lightning fast, all the veggies are extremely fresh, and I got a regular size and it was a biiig portion... The chicken is supremely delicious! Definitely coming back to this delightful and welcoming place, so impressed!

Update: so disappointing that they always run out of food by 7:15pm, turned away the last three times in two months. So go super earlyyy!First time trying out the food from Zaaki. Ordered chicken shawarma platter (reg) and Kunafeh for take out. Service was prompt and the place is busy. Food was delicious and tasty, the dessert is a must try! Definitely going back.

There was a lineup out the door when we got here, and for good reason. They obviously know what they’re doing (the place was packed with regulars). Great value, delicious food and sauces, and I love their pickles.
