The Dry Cleaner - Zehrs, Queen St South, Bolton

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I am newer to Bolton and this was the first time using a dry cleaner in Bolton, and the customer service was inexcusable.The bag/cover for my suit was lost, not to mention the hanger I had provided as well. When speaking to the OWNER OF THE BUSINESS, she communicated to me that my bag was lost and there was nothing they can do. I explained that I had paid good money for the bag and they insisted on not doing anything about it. They are clearly taking customer items for their personal use, not a speculation, because what else would you do with a suit bag? This is a disgusting display of customer service, not to mention the quality of the service...I would also like to point out the poor quality of the service. I have attached a few pictures showing how I received my suit pants, with creases up and down the inside and outsides of the pant legs. I had to iron the pants I just had cleaned and ironed.Disappointed, disgusted, and surprised that a local business could treat customers this way. I will make sure to spread the word to prevent this place from taking advantage of anyone else.

Excellent Service provided, friendly employees always willing to help and assist you. I gave in my dirty tuxedo that I needed ASAP, and i got it in under 3 days all cleaned up and polished, my dog's hair also came all over my suit and they also took perfect care of it. Definately A go to. A great store

I took two gowns to be altered… I cannot be more happy with the service … they took my measurements and both gowns fit like a glove. I trust them to do all my alterations. Thank you for the great service.

altered one pant leg longer then the other, between hockey practice, school drop offs, work commute, when can I drop this off...3 stars only because they were so friendly

Was hoping I would have a good experience considering this was rated 5 star. I took my daughter's silk baptism dress to be cleaned, only to pick it up a week later and be informed they could not do it. I was to be charged $22 for her dress, and cotton undershirt and a cotton footy sleeper. They did not even dry clean the undershirt and when I asked why, the lady at the counter could not tell me. The undershirt was a simple cotton shirt. She then wanted to charge me $15 just to have the sleeper cleaned. This is smaller sleeper for a 5 month old. When I told her that's the price quoted for the sleeper and undershirt she proceeded to shrug her shoulders and then offer to only charge me $11. If you could not have cleaned the dress you should call the customer and let them know. Stains have been on this dress now for over a week. In addition to this, they felt the need to safety pin paper on parts of the headband which is also delicate silk. I did not see this until I arrived home. Now there are holes in the headband. Quite upset with the service, and I made it clear to the lady at the counter that this was ridiculous and they should have called me to let me know they could not do it. Her only response was she just recieved the dress back today. I am certain they informed her they could not do it when they recieved the dress last week. They also kept the hanger that I provided them with which was a smaller one specifically for this dress and a white bag and instead gave it to me on a hanger for am adult shirt. When I told the lady at the counter she proceeded to give me a clear bag! This does not help!

I had bought uggs years ago and never wore them because I tried to put a projector spray on them and then put them in the sun... BIG MISTAKE to say the least lol. Looked like they had been burned or dipped in salt? Anyways, I tried to clean them and after numerous attempts over a few years I gave up. My mom offered to take them to the cleaners and brought them here, well they turned out wonderful!!! They looked new again!! :)

Needed a button reattached to a treasured leather jacket. No problem & no charge.

I am the worst in remembering to getmy dry cleaning done and these guys always accommodate my last minute needs!! So good to also do two things at once, drop off dry cleaning and get groceries done!

The quality of the service is very disappointing! I expect to receive my clothes in pristine condition when they are dry cleaned but instead o had to steam my clothes after picking them up. In addition, the customer service is very poor at this location. The workers are unorganized and I will not return to this establishment!

Very helpful, nice and accommodating workers. They do an amazing job. I gave several pairs of my True Religion Jeans to be altered, and they came back with stitches that looked like factory. I also got my Canada Goose Winter coat cleaned by them and they did a perfect job with NO shrinkage at all.
