FedEx Authorized ShipCentre

For a few days they told us what day our package would be arriving but no spastic time, only that our parcel would be arriving by 5pm. At 5:50pm we emailed customer service to see what happened. Apparently they had decided to simply drop the parcel off at a Canada Post location in the next town???No notice, no apologies, just go over and get your parcel yourself, is what they basically told us.If this is what you are excepting from Fedex, then you will not be disappointed but if you expect them to deliver your package to you, in any manor of time then you may as well do it yourself because apparently they are only in the business of collecting your money, not delivering.
