Cleanliness issues and house-keeping only every 3 days. Wifi doesnt work/ultra slow like dial up. FYI.. large groups of children's sports teams will stay here and fill hallways with noise/running till late hours, this is probably more of a family/kid hotel rather than a professional or business-oriented hotel. Most things commonly offered free at hotels will cost money (I.e. $7 for a toothbrush)

Clean room, great size for a good price, bed was comfortable, blankets nice and soft, pillows were a good size so you don't wake up with a sore neck. Overall great experience and customer service, would stay here again.

Hotel is rundown and in need of some renovations. Poorly up kept and room was not clean. Staff was friendly.- mattress was broken.- Pee on the toilet seat.- Blood on the washroom wall.- Only clean your room every 3 days unless otherwise requested heads up if you require more frequent service.

Stayed four days at hotel!!First night after 10 pm kids running above room went on till 10 45 pm an at 1 30 am!!Front desk notified!!Third night someone backed into my passenger side panel causing damage to suv!!No cable connection two nights an wifi was very slow!!Staff was great but be aware your 100 feet from painted hand casino an alcohol a sheet happens!!One night had a car drive by at 11 30 pm a fire of what sounded like gun but was cap gun!!

This was a perfect place for a 3 day stay. All the staff are very friendly. The room I had was fantastic, super comfy bed. Dakota was the staff member I interacted with the most and she is incredible! An asset to the hotel and the brand, thanks Dakota!

Had to stop in yorkton last minute due to weather. Hotel was decent. Beds were clean and comfortable but the room definitely could have been cleaned better. Toothpaste splatter on mirror and what appeared to be spilled red wine on the wall by the bed. Overall, it served its purpose comfortably.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and was only able to connect to the wifi for about 1 hour the entire stay, even after they had said they fixed it.Found blood on our duvet from the last guests which obviously had not been washed since. That being said the entire hotel lacked cleanliness.We had no hot water and when we informed the front desk they said to give it 10 min but that did not help. We could get a couple of seconds of hot water which was followed by cold water. The tub also was not draining during showers and maintenance informed us it had been fixed but it was not.We were also told that a note of our dissatisfaction would be left for the manager to deal with but also was not done.The entire stay was bad and will not be returning.Dakota is the only good thing about the hotel.

I stayed at this location for 5 weeks. I had to stay there for my work. The house keeping was awful. The service just included the trash cans and no other services.Whenever there was a no disturb hanging on the door, their house keeper was knocking on the door or even one time after not answering she came inside the room! The walls and the carpet were stained. No supervision on the team and no training! I do not recommend this place for a long stay.
