ABBOTSFORD LEARNING
I and my wife have been improving our Spanish with this agency for over 3 years. I must say that we have made a tremendous progress. When we now travel to Mexico or Central America, we can communicate so much better and are using proper local expressions. The Academy teachers are all native Spanish speakers and are knowledgable regarding proper Spanish grammar and the cultural context of proper expressions. Moreover, the lessons are interesting, fun, and customized to our needs and interests.

Abbotsford Language Academy has provided us with opportunities and open doors. Thank-you to Sofia and the team for always working with our schedules. Our daughter is 9 now and has been working hard at her Spanish since she was 4 years old. Our Son is 7 and has had steady lessons since he was 4. All the instructors are great at working with the young kids and take a playful approach with learning. My husband and I are planning on taking some private lessons in the summer so we can communicate with the children and on holidays. I find this group easy to work with, easy billing and payment process and most importantly they are fun!

I have had Anaite tutor me and my two friends for almost a year. She is patient, encouraging, and is helpful! Previous to this we were only using duolingo, but you can only get so far with an app, it’s helpful to have a native Spanish speaker correct you and get you comfortable with real life conversations. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to learn Spanish! Gracias Ana :)

I been using the Spanish tutoring services of Abbotsford Language Academy for almost 2 years now. I have found all the tutors to be supportive, engaging, and positive. The tutors are all native speakers and bring not only knowledge of the language and its syntax but cultural competencies which they readily share with their students. The tutors are flexible with schedules and create new ways in which to learn grammar, vocabulary and conjugations.I recommend Abbotsford Language Academy to anyone looking to learn or improve upon their Spanish language skills. You will be treated as a friend and quickly grow in your Spanish speaking abilities whilst having fun!¡Buena suerte!

If your child needs help with Spanish or you are looking to learn Spanish I highly recommend Abbotsford language Academy. My daughter has been getting help from Sophia with her Spanish. Sophia is absolutely amazing. Not only is my daughter becoming more comfortable with Spanish she actually enjoys and looks forward to her tutoring sessions. They are flexible and accommodating as I have often had to switch my days and times due to conflicting activities. Sophia, thank you for your hard work! My daughter now has the confidence and foundation to move forward with her Spanish.

My Spanish writing, listening and especially speaking skills have improved so much with Sofía. I received tutoring from her years ago when I was just a beginner and have returned more recently to brush up and get back to my intermediate level. She is great at encouraging me to talk out loud in Spanish which I find the most difficult but she’s so encouraging and keenly adept at being able to listen to my speech and identify what areas need improvement and assign relevant homework. She also recommends books and tv shows that match my level and I appreciate how flexible her scheduling is.Can’t recommend her enough!

We are so grateful to Abbotsford Language Academy. We enrolled our daughter when she was a toddler and she has grown to love her teachers as family. She is 5 now and has a solid understanding of the Spanish language and culture. A huge thank you to Sofia and Kharla for providing a creative and patient learning environment for Sydney!
