Bought $350 frame and it didnt come with the metal hook to put it on the wall (30cent). We picked it up and they didnt have it prepared with plastic on it for transport. All etsy sellers have that and sell at cheaper prices. Its a pitty. The last mile they messed it up and to add insult to injury, they are aware of the issue but wont correct. Its like selling shoes without laces. This will cause you to have to go to home depot to get metal hooks as without it, you cant hang them up.
