If you need carpet stop shopping around and just visit Carpet Warehouse. The web site says there are four reasons you want to shop there. All four reasons are true. Dominic was an absolute pleasure to work with and kept in constant touch with us through the selling process, through the installation process and then a follow-up afterwards. The installation team did a really fantastic and high quality job. They were personal, respectful, professional and finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Dominic and his team for a quality product with a professional installation.

Chris and Darryl provided the best customer service I have received. I have ordered two fully custom carpets from them and both times, their responses were prompt, their service was great and I was always pleased with the final outcome of the carpet.I will go nowhere else for my carpet needs. Outstanding customer service!! Always greeted by friendly staff upon entering the showroom. I've worked with Chris on several projects - his professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. Chris really listens to his clients and has a great eye for colour. Every selection he has made for me has been spot on! Carpet Warehouse offers great selection, reasonable prices and quality product. Experienced installers do a beautiful job.

We enjoyed working with Dom (owner) and his contractor. Dom worked with us closely to accommodate our needs and make the changes we asked for. I was very happy with his honesty, genuine approach, clear explanations, customer service and professionalism. The one concern I had was that I asked for the contractor to cut outside but they said they had to cut the laminate flooring inside - which was not ideal, but understandable in order to complete the entire job in one day. As promised, everything was done in one day and the floors are beautiful! Fresh and modern feel. I guess some hiccups are inevitable but I paid attention to how Dom took accountability, understood our concerns and worked to resolve it in a timely manner. He is very kind and a pleasure to work with. Good value for the laminate flooring and the job was installed professionally. We will definitely be back for future flooring needs. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else to shop for carpets. We had family room carpet installed approx 15 years ago by Carpet Warehouse, and although the quality was outstanding and we have been very happy, it was time for a change after all these years. We had them do a few additional smaller jobs over the years, so it was an obvious choice when we decided on replacing our carpet. One quick call to Daryl and he was back to measure up for us. Daryl is professional, prompt, knowledgeable and honest. Their prices are more than reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The fact that they have been an Oakville fixture for over 30 years (or even 40?) is a testament to their service.

My place got flooded and my floor got replaced with a great waterproof, scratch resistant vinyl floor suggested by the owner Dominic who was very helpful and answered all of my concerns. I thankful to Dominic for redirecting me from the choice I made which was a laminate floor and not waterproof.
