place is not good probably one of the worst clinics ive been too. They messed up my lens for my glasses twice not once literally twice.

Bought glasses here had to return 5 times for them to fix the lense that keeps popping out. Now they tell me it will take four days to fix when they did it 4 other times in 10 minutes. You even explained I had no other glasses and basically they were like we don’t care. Stay away from this place. Over priced trash.

They put the glasses in the plastic bag instead of putting in a case and even they didn’t give glass cleaner solution to clean the glasses.

As someone who's been wearing glasses my whole life, I have gone through my fair share of frames.I broke the pair I just got 6 months ago and was in need of a new frame. I was recommended by a friend to check out choice optical.The experience was absolutely delightful from the moment I walked through the door. The staff was really friendly, professional and very helpful!It was Gurjeet that made my experience exceptional, she helped me pick out the frame that best suited me and was very patient throughout. Even after getting my glasses she ensured they fit perfectly, made adjustments until it was just right. She's really kind and helpfulI highly recommend this place if you're looking for glasses, lens or even prescription sunglasses! Good price and great customer service

Awesome team and very friendly!! I've been going to Choice Optical since 2015 and it's been great since then.I have four pair of glasses with them with a very reasonable price and good quality. I mistakenly took the wrong frame size during my last visit and they changed it without any hassle. I highly recommend it for your vison needs.

Requested an eye exam through their website, More than 10 days has gone and no one has a courtesy to get back. Seems like their tummy is full... Enough opticians available in town who are hungry for business and can provide a better customer service. Won't recommend to others for sure

The front desk staff are so disorganized. Had to call them every time to check up on the status of my glasses (one time they kept my glasses for months with no emails, no calls, no nothing). When it came time to pay, they said my insurance wasn’t working and asked me to pay myself and take the receipt. Having been through headaches with insurance receipts in the past, I wanted the payment to come straight from their office. I double checked with my insurance and went back and asked them to recheck their system and then it “magically” ended up working.

I had a wonderful experience with Sonia. She was amazing and she took care of us real well. I I walked through the door. The staff was really friendly, professional and very helpful.I highly recommend this place if you're looking for glasses, lens or even prescription sunglasses! Good price and great customer service

!!!!!!!That bald gentleman told us that they are closed, after we entered the store. There was no sign outside the store saying that they are CLOSED. I also DOUBT THE ORIGINALITY of the products they carry. Please be careful guys. ✌️

They do not open at 10 am...wring info on Google...I waited until 10:10 nobody opened the gate.
