Panhandlers out front for 6+ months now begging every time you go in. Hours are also terrible now. 10-4 pm and not open on weekends…how is a working person expected to bank or even cash a Cheque..Disgusting business practice by Scotia..I think it’s time to move my mortgage elsewhere to a different bank with better service. I’m a 30 year customer. Pathetic.

The customer service is very bad, I went to open a new account and the worker told me that she could not open an account for me and that I had to wait for the other worker and that she would be here at 10:30 or I could open a new account online

Worst branch in st johns along with Churchill Sq. I work 12h shifts and when I get paid it's too late to put money in my account since they lock the doors at night. If your going to lock the doors at least have 1 abm outside so people can access their money or to deposite and be able to pay bills.

Although this branch says it is open until 5 PM after 4 PM there is only digital banking (ABMs).If you want to make a large withdrawal (larger than the ABM will allow) you are out of luck.

Place is ok. But my branch closed and I was never given an option to close my account . Instead it was transferred to another location not near me.. may be switching to another color soon as this one doesn't respect privacy to do this bold move without even asking its clients . Makes me think where the loyalty stands with this bank . Bad enough they rob me for my transactions

Service is good, but the biggest issue I have with the branch is the pesky panhandlers that are standing outside, not respecting the NO LOITERING" sign outside the branch
