Live in a park in Blackfalds rent goes up n up n last few years with property shop we have had can’t even call it that but one snow removal. N now route r so bad had to use 4x4 to get through n park in pad. They r not a good company at all for looking after ppls needs all we want is the clear roads we had the first 10 years living here with all in one rental looking after us. Property shop does nothing.

Any concerns brought to the landlords by myself or other tenants were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend The Property Shop to future renters.

Worst rental experience of my life and I have been renting for 15 years. Very unresponsive landlords and borderline disrespectful staff.Terrible air quality throughout the whole building.Unit we moved into was disgustingly dirty, even after the lady doing the walk through said the carpets had been cleaned, as well as it would be cleaned before we moved in.Do not expect the terms of the lease to be followed or enforced unless there is money involved.I get it is a cheap place to live but the quality of service and stardards you run your company by could sure use some attention.

Reeve and Judy bring a refreshing approach to Property Managing in how they work with their sub trades and how they work with Condo Boards.I would highly recommend that any Condo Board contact Reeve and Judy.
