Nicely set up. Amazing kids and decor sections. Adult clothing ran a bit large. Reasonable prices. Will shop there again

What a waste of time. I was so excited for Zellers coming back. What a huge disappointment this turned out to be! It honestly felt like a ploy by HBC to get people into the Bay and that way even if they didn't buy anything at this tiny little section of the store that is Zellers maybe you'll buy something from the bay. I do not recommend.

Went to the newly re-opened Zellers inside The Bay store on 2nd floor.Clothing section for men and women has a limited variety of clothing and that too isn't cheap. I was very disappointed to see the clothing inventory there. I then checked out the Kitchen department. A few of the items were on sale. All in all the store didn't appeal for a place to shop.

Was terribly disappointed. No shopping carts just baskets. What happened when you have a disability and cart a basket how do you shop. Very disappointing. I thought Zellers was going to be a complete store not just In the bay. Mind you you the sale persons tried to help

For anyone wondering why Zellers isn’t bigger: it used to be a huge department store before Target came along and shut them down. They’re probably feeling out the market with these small pop-ups in Hudson’s Bay before committing to proper stores again. Let’s see if it works! Missed you, Zellers.
