Solid guys! Ryan’s awesome hooked me up in jam. Great service and goes outta his way for you, I had a 14 day wait for a part from Germany. He did some research (unlike a lot of places) and he had a compatible part in stock!LETS GOO!

I Booked an appointment to get my car checked out based on the reviews of their customer satisfaction. My experience on the phone was good ,but my experience there was awkward and not welcoming at all. There was not much communication about what was going on while my car was in for almost an hour. Ryan then gave me a quote for what repairs would cost for my car. I felt like he was not interested in fixing it. Someone I know called and asked Ryan if he was ok with them bringing their own parts,and paying for the labour. He said clearly that he does allow it but there are no guarantees on the parts that are brought to him. He even went as far to give them a quote. So a short time later I called him back to get a quote for my car stating that i could bring my own parts which he then stated that he does not allow it because it’s too much of a headache to deal with. So which one is It? Just as I thought, they deal with you all nice over the phone but when they see you in person it’s a different story.

Ryan and his guys do great work. As a mechanic myself and no longer able to do the work on our vehicles due to my health, I know the work that is done is done right. And they are great guys to deal with. Don’t hesitate to book with them for any work.

Bought winter tires here and had them installed balanced and tire pressure monitors reprogrammed all included for a good price from Ryan. Nice spot and easy to deal with. Serviced me on time as well at the appointment time I had booked.

We urgently needed to replace the transmission in our car and we came across Country Automotive through Google search, and we immediately contacted them due to their high rating. My husband was truly impressed with Ryan's honest opinions, and his ability to find us a more suitable part at a lesser cost than his original quote was a bonus for us. After a few days of getting our car back, we had a separate issue with the same car and again, my husband contacted Ryan. They were so accommodating and quick with the repair - literally within a day. Thank you to Ryan, Amanda, and the young gentleman (sorry we didn't get his name) for the excellent service we received! Highly recommended for sure!

Driving from the city, my car started making some concerning noises. I pulled into country automotive the mechanic took the time to quickly look at my car and advised I could continue my drive as it wasn’t an immediate issue. I really appreciated the quick help, friendly customer service, and truthful diagnosis. If I lived in the area I would give this place a try: honesty and friendly shops seem hard to come by these days. Thank you again.

Had a caliper seize while travelling down 10. They took me in right away, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and had it done within a couple of hours of receiving the parts. Great service. Greatly appreciated.
