Ferguson Moving & Storage - Movers North Vancouver

I had a moving two days ago. This company was advised by my colleague and I decided to follow her advice. I was totally surprised by the professionalism of the managers and movers. They were so gentle, positive, organized, and helpful. They perfectly managed all my stuff. Nothing is broken or damaged. I will work only with Ferguson Moving & Storage in the future and advise this company to all my friends. Ferguson Moving & Storage is the best moving company!

This is the third time I have used Ferguson Moving & Storage. They care, they are on time, and have a lot of patience. They ask your opinion if anything is not obvious, such as furniture placement when you arrive . I have referred them and the people who have used them on my referral have been very satisfied with them also.I will absolutely move with them again, based on the staff they employ. You could not find better movers, during this time which can be very stressful. There is only room for a 5 star rating but I would rate them 10 out of 10.

We used Ferguson at the recommendation of friends for a two-part cross-Canada move and then to move some stuff within Victoria. All three of the teams we worked with were pros, and the coordinators - shout out to Quinn and Adam - were helpful and flexible, including rescheduling a move on next-to-no notice when we wound up in an accident. Prices were fair and reasonable also. Would for sure recommend.

We moved from South Surrey to Burnaby and Ferguson moving came to our rescue. Big thanks to George the Grandpa and his crew Troy and Jas. They worked hard, fast and thorough. We had lots of boxes and a bunch of stuff we had for our 1 year old. Plus our new place was quite busy at times with a new couch coming in and a cable installation all done on the same day. No problem for these guys, as I didn’t get any stress of any kind during the whole process. George knows how to put a great crew together and I found them very reliable. They’re probably the best movers I’ve ever encountered, so thanks again!

What a wonderful team of people with quick, professional, and friendly service. From our first contact with Juville (who is AMAZING), all the way to the teams that worked with us over days and two different moves, we found everyone to be exceptional. They are a bit pricey, but worth every dollar! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We were very pleased with our choice of using Ferguson Moving. While not a cheap budget option we feel we really got what we paid for. We have moved with other companies before but this was hands down the best moving experience we have had. We had a somewhat involved move between North Vancouver and Vancouver Island with about 10 days of required storage. We were quoted a flat rate for our move, which gave us peace of mind that we knew exactly what we’d be paying for up front (as opposed to other quotes we received that were by weight and time and subject to fluctuation). Throughout the entire process we had a great single point of contact who was exceptionally responsive. The Movers themselves called when on the way with the trucks and were on time on both sides of the move. The whole team was very carful, efficient, polite, and courteous, and took the time to wrap and pad all our furniture before leaving the house. They also asked where we wanted things placed and helped ensure things were put in the correct locations. They were happy to reposition things if needed. I would highly recommend Ferguson moving in North Vancouver if you are looking for a smooth stress free move. The entire team was simply great to deal with.

VICTORIA LOCATION: Fergusons is now in Victoria! And they saved my butt! On moving day I still hadn’t completed packing. Downsizing from 1700 to 1050 sq. ft. after 16 years is no easy feat and I wasn’t ready on moving day. I had booked with Ferguson because of name recognition and they’re an accredited member of the BBB with an A+ rating. 16 years ago we went with another company that broke more of our things than not! I was told that they wrap all our furniture beforehand which was another big plus as we do have a lot of pricier furnishings. I can’t say enough good things about the way Adam and Shaun who were part of my move team along with Andre and Shane. We’re disorganized seniors who were reaching “level 10 panic mode” on moving day, but Adam and Shaun did an awesome job of allaying our fears and calming us down as they helped with the last minute packing. You will pay a little more with Ferguson than with other movers, but it’s worth every penny. Not a single item was broken! And they’re like licensed therapists - calming us down during the whole stressful moving day process. I highly recommend Ferguson and my hopes are that I never have to move again… but if need be, I’m calling Ferguson.

Ferguson carried out our whole move very professionally and with the care we have never experienced. This was world class customer service. Quinn and his staff delivered beyond our expectation. Quinn always found a way to accommodate our needs because he understood our business and the short window for the move because we could not afford any business downtime.
