Ordered a mama burger with cheese combo and onion rings and the burger was excellent - perfect condiments and that onion slice and pickles really hit the spot. They have the best onion rings in the city but they could reduce the salt throwing and still have a quality taste. And their Root beer should be sold in stores!

The food is pre-cooked.. who knows how long it sits there. When we went through the drive-thru it took no time for the person in there (looked as though there was only one person working) to hand us our food.. he clearly didn’t cook it in the 30 seconds it took for us to drive to the window. My son and I got food poisoning.

Very nice location. Their breakfast is excellent and the staff are so friendly. It is always nice and clean in here. I really like the addition of a kids wash-up corner where kids can wash their hands before and after meals, VERY convenient because they are specifically at two different heights to accommodate all ages of children.

I find this A&W shares a similarity with McDonald's on Main Street, and that similarly would be consistency. A&W is consistently good and fast. Now for McDonald's the consistency is that it's bad and slow but still they share the consistency part.

Nice little spot. Food is pretty good. It's on the pricy side for fast food.This location is right on the trail and has a bike rack, which I appreciate. Makes it easy to bike over for a bite.

Food was tasty. Onions ring and chicken nuggets were not crispy. Found multiple hairs in our food and multiple employees with beards were not wearing face nets.

Worst ever A&WI was there and waited in the line. Chinese looking cashier just went inside without serving us. And she was behind cleaning an equipment. How rude to avoid a comoletely unknown person who is standing to do business. And no one took our order untill I ask them to take our order. Finally I ordered got my burger (as in the picture) so low in quality, not a pleasent presentation. These kids who are working know nothing about customer service, food serving. The worst ever A&W restaurant I have been in these three years of my time here in Canada. I am not recommending this to anyone.Further, Restaurant is not tidy at all.

Today I had a terrible day. I was exhausted from long hours at work, starving, and found out that I can't even come close to affording my medication. I was feeling really low when I came to this A&W. The worker at the counter (I wish I caught her name but I remember that she was wearing a medical alert bracelet) was absolutely wonderful! She was polite, patient, and showed exemplary service. I hope this message makes it to her because she really turned my day around. Thank you for your positivity!Additionally, the food was delicious and came quickly, the prices are very reasonable, the space is incredibly clean (even the bathroom!), and this location has a great layout as well.
