I've purchased a Biknd Jetpack XL which measures 25cm in width (as the normal size which I've had for years) instead of the 35cm advertised for the XL size. After I've sent a photo demonstrating that in fact it's a XL bag with the normal width, therefore with a manufacturing fault, I've been blanked by their customer support with no further response whatsoever. Incredible way to treat your customers. I'm now returning this faulty product to the seller.
