I had a truly fabulous experience with IFSE studying for my courses. They were understanding and extraordinarily helpful. I especially want to thank Kinda. A wonderful person who goes above and beyond. Wow. I would highly recommend IFSE to anyone based on my experience.

Nada in the customer service department was a sincere delight to receive help from. I experienced a significant technical issue whilst attempting my first certification exam (LLQP) in which the time allotted to complete the exam was decreased substantially as a result.Unbeknownst to Nada, I basically have a crippling anxiety of writing any sort of examination. Since these exams have such a major impact on my future career, one can imagine how pronounced my emotions would've been when this happened to me.Nada came to my rescue and exercised the utmost standard of customer service. She was able to diffuse my anxiety with her kindness, and she ultimately was able to solve the problem with the arsenal of skills she possesses.Little does she know she made my day and my weekend. Her simple act of kindness, support, and expertise has encouraged me to be confident moving forward in this process.I figured I would do whatever I could to help her, and if this helps her in her career, I will feel humble as I know she deserves a lot more.Cheers,Justin

Nada is an absolute angel. She definitely deserves a promotion. Hardest working, most reliable, most helpful most understanding person I have ever dealt with. I wish Nada could help me with all my problems.I had been stressing all day about my LLQP certification and had been dealing with multiple different people (outside of IFSE) regarding my situation.As soon as I got on the line with Nada she made all my problems nada. Just the way she talks on the phone make you feel like you're talking to a close friend and you can really tell she makes an effort to make your problems into her problems and finds the appropriate solution for you. Anyone to have Nada working at their company should truly feel lucky as shes definitely a star that brighten my day.Thank you again for all your help Nada.

They have an amazing team and they always respond the same day when you email or call them! Their services are user friendly and easy to navigate through! Definitely recommend them to all my peers! They made all the nerves of education disappear! 12/10

The five star is only for merry the IFSE telephone operator, really appreciate the way she communicates and give proper information to the clients. I called before as well to the help line but the person was very rude. But this time merry was the best well communicates and well mannered 1000 stars for such a good person

I have had an excellent experience, the administrative staff was very patient in explaining the details of my inquiry to me. IFSE is well managed, despite the Covid 19 pandemic they provided an alternative to the in-house exam. Am please with all the the sacrifices you all are making behind the scene to enable us have a great future in the financial industry. Special Thanks to the Education services.

What kind of proctored online exam has no proctor? I paid for a proctor and was not given access to one although I was in the exam.I explained to technical support that my piece of ID was being rejected in preparation for entering the exam well before the exam start time. Technical support responded that it was due to the fact that the exam time had not begun. This ended up not being true and I wasted an hour of my paid for exam time trying to get into the exam. Finally after an hour into the paid exam time, someone from technical support called me with the right answer on how to enter the exam. The proctor/system took about 10 minutes to let me into the exam due to a waiting list of people entering the exam, wasting even more of my time.The result? Wasted time and money.You can be nice over the phone all you want but if you cannot provide what your customers paid for do not be surprised to see such a review. Thank you to all the kind people at IFSE who helped me.EDITI am currently waiting for a proctor to let me into the exam. Why should I pay if the proctor is taking too long to let me into the exam? Sept 15th 2022 930amAfter the system check, you have to click an arrow to begin your exam with the proctor.If you are late clicking this arrow it seems the proctor will not let you in.

I absolutely liked how they handled my urgent request yesterday. they rebooked me for another test and made sure they inform me about all details. The employee is called Learene i hope i spelled her name correctly but this lady is super helpful and enjoys great work ethics. thanks alot!!

I have recently completed the IFIC course and proficiency exam through IFSE. There were a few issues with the Online Pearson Vue proctored exams with an inability to log in and customer service. I reached out to Sarah and her professionalism and care exceeded my expectations. She resolved my issues that day and I can’t thank her enough. I would highly recommend IFSE for your IFIC qualifications.
