Went in at 4pm. Ordered 2 orders of fries . They were greasy and obviously re-warmed because they were ready in minutes. I complained as we threw them in the trash . The person offered to make us fresh ones. My question is.. why didn’t they make them FRESH the 1st time??? Won’t be going back .

The burgers are amazing, and the lobby and cook area was clean, but the men's bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, maybe never properly cleaned. I also ordered Cajun fries, and they were so salted that it was near impossible to enjoy. There is definitely room for improvement on this visit.

This is a great location and the young staff working here are always polite. You don’t generally see 5 people working here though which can be tough on the staff during peak hours. May need more than 5 at times. I think the owners lack some understanding on how to hire as well. They do need some maturity for a manager to lead staff. The young kids are great but they need a mentor. The food is good most of the time and the cater for gluten free. The burgers taste fantastic. Occasionally there is some inconsistencies where they maybe a bit overcooked.There should be an option to purchase just the Pattie’s with cheese and nothing else.

After all my visits of FG restaurants for the last 2 years this was the best sandwich ever!!!The team was amazing, very friendly and genuineWe where traveling from Niagara to Montreal we stopped by for lunch and was really happy for the amazing experience we’ve had !Cheers

Live the food here!! This place is great burgers are HUGE if you don't want a big double patty burger make sure u ask for the little" option lol and the fries here are my absolute fav!! Fresh cut real potatoes. And on top of that if u order a regular size frie you get double what you thinknur gonna get they always fill the frie container and then add an extra scoop of fries into ur bag amazing !!! If I had to give 1 complaint it would be that they don't have gravy other than that everything's great!! Even the staff here are great!! I will definitely continue to come to this location !!"

Great dining experience. Place was steady with customers. Staff were pleasant and service was quick and food was hot, fresh and delicious. Love the cut fries with the skin still on and grilled mushrooms and onions on the burger.

extremely busy when we came today with only 3 people working. The skip machine was not working so they had a very angry skip driver that was extremely rude an behaviour was unexceptionable. The employees handled the situation extremely well and he did receive his order asap. everything was made perfect to order and even tho they could barley keep up they were still very friendly! clean place

Been to the one in Montreal and we were all so impressed with the quality, taste as well as cost. Let me tell you, couldn't wait to try Hamiltons Centennial pkway locale. I am so satisfied and I cannot believe the consistency of five guys. Centennial just made my day and our new fav burger joint, the fries are also to die for, just like the old fry truck taste. Peanut oil! Hubby and son had bacon burger and i had the smaller version. The fry quantity was abundant, 1 fry would have done all 3 of us. The topping were plenty as you choose your own. Now 3 adult were fed and still have left overs for under $60. Consistency is the key, I cannot wait to enjoy again.

All I can say is this “ Today I popped my Five Guys Cherry” OMG These burgers are ridiculously good . Fresh … amazing toppings . Fries are out of this universe.Oh AND ……. Don’t forget to try the free peanuts…. Yes peanuts they are killer!!!K so ordered a cheese burger and a bacon cheese burger ….. liquid goodness running down my arms ! Sound good right !!!Just come here … Thank me later !!!! Great job guys n girls !!!

A restaurant is only as good as there cooks. I have to say their cooks are great. I've ordered here a few times and I've never been disappointed. Well worth the money and great portions.
