The best place to take your dog!! Carla the owner and her husband are the sweetest and most helpful persons. The girls working there take the best care of your dog. My dog has been going for the last month's and she can't have enough. Facilities are big, comfortable, organized and super clean. You can't find a better place to leave your dog!

Best pet service I have used thus far. Really look after your pup like its their own, and love the fact that its 24/7 supervision as well as cage free! when my pup is here I really have no worries, I know Carla and her team will sort out any issues and your pup would definitely be in good hands!

The Pet Spa is a great grooming business. They take great care of my dog. I highly recommend them!!

It's a nice place, but if you have a big dog, I'd advise to go with caution. All the people are really friendly, but they are really better suited to handle small to medium dogs. Two stars because they have a nice facility, but have to knock off a few because they literally cost me a couple of hundred dollars in canceled plans despite taking the time to test him with them well beforehand.

Easy to park, clean, high quality and attentive grooming with many many years of experience, the team is kind and caring and the dogs love it

The Pet Spa is the best! They are really caring and careful! I’ve tried tons of places, my pup was frightened from all of them until we found the pet spa. Maggie absolutely loves everyone there!

Job was well done but I was a bit surprised by the scale of ranging prices based on temperament and hair. Make sure you set the price in advance. I paid 30% more than what I usually pay in other establishments.

I take my dog to pet spa daily and I can tell you first hand what an incredible operation they run. The service and care is first rate and the advice and help invaluable. When this place was open on St Jacques, Karla (the boss) insisted that she spoke to me about my dog's anxious habits that she noticed. She never spoke to me about his anxiety, nor did she speak to other members of my family about it. Apparently, his habits were so bad that she told us he can't come back the following day.The Pet Spa gets 1 star because Karla lied, lacked proper communication with me, and made me feel inadequate as a dog owner. My dog never had the issues she described at the facility he has been going to since this event, which has been for over 7 years now.Edit: I'm leaving a negative review, not looking for a discussion nor for your excuses.

Love this place. They are very professional and take care of your dogs like it's their own!
