If there was a lower star rating I would give it. My aunt ordered an appliance last week and after 7 days still do not have a delivery date. I have been told to call 3 different numbers since I started and still do not have the information I need. I have been at this for more than 45 minutes. If you are considering this company ask for all the details and do not pay until the goods arrive at your house.

Do not buy from Bosch, they do not stand by their product. Dishwasher was delivered a week later than schedule and it arrived damaged upon delivery. Bosch is only willing to replace the dishwasher door, which means you are paying full price for a refurbished unit. They would also never respond to your emails and you have to call them every week for follow-ups (they would never call you despite promising to do so). Got an email saying warranty was approved more than a week ago but no one called us, and we had to call Bosch to find out the warranty got rejected without contacting us or letting us know why. They now created a second warranty case and still waiting for respond. It’s been two months since we received the dishwasher and they still haven’t send a technician to come til this day. “Brand new” dishwasher currently sitting there useless.

Had a very very frustrating experience interacting with Bosch. I had a brand new Bosch dishwasher that didn't work at all, not even 1 time and the repair experience has been on going for almost 2 months. Still not fixed until today and they are NOT willing to provide a new replacement until the repair services determined it's non repairable.It's fair that we want to be environmentally friendly etc. (I don't even know what's the rationale for their policy, likely cost) but my brand new dishwasher is basically a refurbished dishwasher that has not worked even 1 time. They gave me no option except seeing the dishwasher being taken apart and put back together again and again, moving to the 4th time now.Their customer services, like what other have said, is very very difficult to get hold of. An average wait time to get through their Canadian call center is more like 30-45 mins. I requested an email follow up which they agreed to by a certain date, and they never followed up. Didn't even respond even if I proactively emailed them 2 times afterwards.I understand that the customer service staff are not the ones who built the defective dishwasher and they have limited options, but I would much appreciate if their customer service team can show some degree of understanding, sincerely acknowledging their customer's frustrations. I think I am being pretty reasonable to really get mad at them after almost 2 months of back and forth, with no proactiveness on their end. On the calls, I got the feeling that I was being unreasonable to ask for a replacement after almost 2 months of trying to fix the dishwasher.

Would give zero stars if I could. My townhouse came with a top of the line Gaggenau fridge that broke within three years. After jumping through meaningless hoops, a technician came to our home and ordered a replacement part, promising it would be here within two weeks. It's now been more than a month.During these weeks, my family had to endure 1. Unbearably loud clicking noises from the fridge 2. Lost refrigeration despite promises that it would continue to work 3. Being worried that our 4-month old son's breast milk would spoil in the fridge 4. Having a cooked slice of pizza mold in the fridge within 2 days.If I can rip out my unit's Gaggenau fridge, dish washer, wine storage and double ovens myself, I would do it in a heartbeat. Please for the love of god do not buy anything from Bosch, especially when this is how they treat customer service for their top of the line appliance brand.

If Google allowed negative stars I would give this business -5.We ordered all new Bosch appliances for our kitchen as we were doing a major renovation. We ordered a new cooktop, fan hood, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher from this business as we trusted the Bosch brand name. Big mistake! Most of the appliances came in with obvious signs of damage on the outside. There were dents on the side of the fridge, dents on the oven and the dishwasher came with mould on the inside! Once we noticed this upon delivery, we decided to return the fridge.When we contacted customer service, we were given the run-around and told to contact the sales department. When we contacted them, they told us to contact customer service, and so on. We sent emails but those went un-answered for days! Meanwhile our kitchen was full of appliance we could not install.When we finally got through to someone they told us to schedule a service appointment for the oven, they told us that the dishwasher would NOT be replaced (despite the mould) and the we should just go ahead and order a new fridge. At this point, having ordered all these appliances, our credit cards were almost maxed out! They did NOT offer to refund us the first fridge until they got the original one back. But we sent the fridge back! So we were stuck in this situation for a month before the could give us a new fridge. The second fridge that came had a huge scratch in the front! Their response: Buy another fridge! We were still waiting to be refunded for the first fridge.For the dishwasher that they didn't want to replace, we had to have a technician come to inspect the mouldy dishwasher for them to finally draw up an exchange. I guess they didn't believe us, despite pictures we sent? Once again phenomenal customer service. The deal that we signed for the dishwasher included a statement for them to pay for the installation. First of all they threatened to NOT pay it at all, and then they pretty much forgot about that part of their deal, that WE ALL signed. Now, finally, they came to their senses but we are still waiting on that payment, 3 months after this took place.This company caused us months of frustration and financial loss, as we could not move into our new home due to the damaged appliances, while we sorted all this out. We have email chains numbering in the hundreds of emails, dozens of phone calls. We had at least 10 different times when we had to take a day off work for a delivery or a service appointment or something else that they needed to do.We are at a loss for how a business such as this is still allowed to operate in 2019. Their BBB score is an 'F', which, as I'm sure you can guess is a Failing grade. Stay away from this business at all costs.

deplorable service. MessageI bought an appliance with a missing part. I have been trying to get this part for months!! Each time I speak with someone they tell me something new. I told your more recent agent that the distributor does not have any record of the order # that was generated over a month ago, she generates another number and tells me to wait 24 hours. No investigating to understand why the order number is not registering - its been a month!. I asked to escalate my issue to a supervisor and she would not do that! Now Im told the part is on back order - how long? they don't know - I spoke to 7 agents in total for the last 2 months and nobody bothered to tell me that the part is on back order. This is just something else. Terrible service. No idea if someone will bother to get back to me regarding this.

A big thank you to BSH home appliances (Bosch). I had a problem with my dishwasher . Your service guy Garry R. in BC Fraser Valley was great in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. I was impressed on the fact he gave me a small time window for an appointment and stuck to that. Many other companies in past want to tie up my whole day waiting for a service call.If you have a prob with bosch equiptment call these guys they know their stuff and are fair with their service costs etc compared to most. Will be happy to buy another Bosch in the future if need be based on the service Garry gave us.

The refrigerator we purchased began having problems within six months of purchase. Now Bosch refuses to honour their warranty since it is past one year on a problem of which they were aware. Very surprised and disappointed. Customer Service exists to protect management from unhappy customers

This lot provide (terrible) service for Thermador. We have been waiting 2 weeks to hear from them after they bailed from an appointment to repair a brand new Thermador oven. Thermador are a nightmare, compounded by their alliance with BSH. They never return calls or e-mails, and absolutely no sense of urgency. Our new multi-thousand-dollar built in oven has been out of action for a month waiting on 'service'. Never buy Thermador.
