Been trying to get my bail money back for 5 months now!!!!....still no answer or call back. Real shady!!!...tell you one when your in a bind then steal your money.....white collar crooks!!! an smile in your face while doing it....Highly Don't recommend!!!!!!

Sean was more than accommodating, all these bad reviews gave me anxiety, but when I called the clerk of courts to make sure he was notified, he promptly emailed them back and said the money was on the way, and it was in back in my account in 3 business days. So, just because your in a bad place doesn't mean you get to drag other people down with you. Thanks Sean!

DO NOT USE!!!! After the person you posted bond for gets sentenced and your supposed to get your bond money back, they BLOCK all numbers you call them from!! They still have the title to my car and $400 of mine!!! Nothing but crooks that profit off of desperate families in need!!!

HAVING AN ATTORNEY BRING HIM TO SMALL CLAIMS!! DONT DO IT HE REFUSES TO ANSWER FOR RETURN OF BOND MONEY.I have been trying to contact them for 2+ weeks to see when I'll get my bond money back and get zero response. But as soon as I reach out for a bond he answered immediately. I'll be reaching out to an attorney if it goes another week without a response for small claims.

Trying to get my money back for over 3 months, will not return a single phone call. Not sure how reputable they are. To be a family business, you would think their service would be much better.

I was hesitant to call this particular business even tho he's been in the biz years and I only reminded myself to why I was hesitant. Bad business practices.left several msgs and STILL no call back.very frustrated and my loved one I ONLY imagine is anxious and going through ALL those emotions one does when in jail
