Westshore Pet Clinic

I had an amazing experience at Westshore Pet Clinic with Dr. Klein today. The clinic was beautifully maintained and it even smelled great! Dr. Klein took the time to thoroughly explain everything and offered multiple treatment options without unnecessary upselling. I was amazed by the amount of time he spent helping to clean out my pet’s ears. We didn’t feel rushed through the exam and felt like our pet was in great hands. I would highly recommend Westshore Pet Clinic and Dr. Klein for veterinary care.

We live in Victoria but gladly travel to Westshore to have our dog treated by Dr. Klein. He is very knowledgeable, confident and compassionate. He is reassuring and takes the time to explain everything clearly. It’s also a beautiful new facility. 10/10 would recommend :)

Absolutely beautiful clinic with beautiful people! I wasnt even a client at the time but they got me in the same day for a non-emergency and everyone was absolutely pleasant and lovely.The vet was I felt, very honest and kind and even called me on his lunch break with a natural recommendation because he was thinking about my cat and what to do to help her minor issue.Very sweet and my new go-to vet clinic!Highly recommend and very impressed.

Can't say enough about how great this clinic is, and how happy we are with Dr. Klein! Our dog is never a fan of going to the vet but all of the staff here made Scout feel safe and loved, and she warmed up right away. Dr. Klein was thorough and knowledgeable, and best of all was able to explain everything to us clearly, which gave a lot of comfort. We felt very welcomed and cared for, and didn't feel rushed at all. They even followed up by phone a few days later, as promised. Excellent clinical care and wonderful service!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!! Completely unorganized, unprofessional, and unethical. Dr Klein was passive aggressive, and very dismissive when we brought up our concerns- he is not in control of his clinic. He had his receptionist Callie give me my dogs medication (She is NOT qualified!) you do not go to any doctors office and have the receptionist give you your medication….. it is supposed to be someone who is qualified . This was the night before his neutering, which he could not get because he was so sick from the medication! They gave us zero direction on preop procedures, about the medication, and what to do if side effects occur. this was really scary we thought our dog was going to die from the reaction he had of the high dose of medication they gave him.If you love your pet please take them to another clinic.

Dr Klein is one of the nicest and informative veterinarians I have taken my dog to. He doesn't rush appointments and is very thorough and explains things in a way that is easily understandable to pet owners.The front office staff we have met have always been pleasant and friendly and very helpful.

Very friendly and professional staff. They were able to get my dogs scheduled in very fast. The veterinary was very thorough with my dogs and explained the whole process with me. Great location with plenty of parking. Will be back!
