Love the atmosphere and friendly staff here. I have been seeing Alvin for over a year and he is the best massage therapist I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable and professional and always makes sure you understands exactly what he is going to do to you. He asks your permission ever time he tries a new technique. He maybe young but I am very impressed with the wealth of knowledge he possesses. He works wonders on my various injuries and it is always a pleasant experience when I am with him. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants an amazing massage. If you have an injury I suggest you discuss it with him and he will always have an answer as well as a plan forward.

We thoroughly recommend the massage therapist Alvin. My 12 year old son and I have been his clients for the last 8 months. He has especially helped my son with his sports and growing pains. Alvin is very knowledgeable and is a true professional. We will be long term clients for sure.

I just had my first massage with Alvin - this was my first session with a male massage therapist so I was quite nervous beforehand. I’m so glad I went through with it because Alvin was very kind, understanding and made me feel comfortable almost immediately. Booked my first session at Thrive the other day. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Friendly and professional up at the front desk and a very helpful experience with Matthew.He addressed my concerns attentively and helped with pain relief and better range of motion for an injury I had sustained. By spending extra time with me to help me with exercises he helped me tremendously.His knowledge is top level. Very glad I went here for treatment.

Have had a few sessions with Alvin for massage therapy and he has found and fixed a problem I have been in severe pain with for over 6 months. I had tried Physio, Osteo and have been to specialists who couldn’t find or help the pain. He is really knowledgeable and experienced in therapeutic massage and very glad to have found him.

I had my first appointment with Alvin and he was wonderful! He went through an assessment with me and found issues just from the assessment which no other RMT I've been to has done before. He gave me stretches to do at home which have greatly helped my mobility and flexibility. I highly recommend him!Update: I've gone back and received a RMT massage from Matthew and a chiro assessment with Clive. They were both fantastic!! Both appointments were very helpful and improved the tension and knots in my neck and back, leaving me feeling so much more relaxed and happier!
