Staff are absolutely wonderful, helpful and very knowledgeable! Always a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere, a fantastic place I've been frequenting for years. Can't recommend enough!

I also felt the staff was unprofessional and ignorant. Normally I have always had great experiences here. However on my last visit I waited 27 minutes in line only for the staff member to help the man waiting behind me, not sure what they have against helping women, but definitely wasn’t a good feeling. I asked for the manger to call me, however as of now they have not. If they do, I will definitely update this review.

Best place to buy supplements in London.Location is very well organized. Products are tagged with cost/serving to make it easier for customer to do comparison.Beside that staff is extremely knowledgeable on the products and make suggestions/recommendations to try new products.

My first time visiting and purchasing with this company. I recently got back into dancing and working out regularly after a long hiatus, so I was lacking information on all the supplement products out there now, but this was no problem for the wonderful staff that was working during my visit. They have lots to choose from and the staff was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. The staff made me feel comfortable with my choices and I even walked away with several recommendations that did not leave me overwhelmed. I also enjoyed the fact that I could sample some of the product so I didn’t have fear about the flavor or choice I made. I plan to be back regularly through my journey and I hope to continue learning more about these products I can use to help me live a happy healthier life. Thank you for a wonderful experience as this can be an intimidating journey for a lot of people.

Ive been to this location twice in the past two weeks because Ive just started my fitness journey and I will be returning for all of my protein and supplements in the future. The employees are super helpful without hovering over you. The recommendation I got for a protein powder was excellent. It was exactly what I was looking for. Also, the store is organized and clean.

I went there today to inquire regarding the return policy as I bought a product that didn’t agree with my body- my skin specially. I am a very anxious person and was worried I would get turned down but was overwhelmed by how kind the staff were that helped me there today. I wish I could’ve gotten their names to give a shout-out but I left the store satisfied and better.

Very knowledgeable weekend staff. I have way too many allergies and intolerances but they had protein I could consume. Furthermore their service is great. They let me taste test a few samples so I can be more confident in my purchase.
