Incredible staff who go above and beyond. My daughter needs transportation for school due to our move outside bus limits and these kind ladies were warm and kind and supportive. They will go above and beyond to ensure safety and comfort for each child. I was worried at first but they put all my fears to rest and keep in close contact. Definitely recommended!

A2B Transport left my 80 year old disabled father who is in a wheel and right side paralyzed, left him for 2 1/2 hours waiting at his doctors office. Very cold, disconcerning and no care or concern. The lady who answered the phone lied about her business. DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY!!!!! A letter has been sent to Saint John City Council, The Better Business Bureau and the Minister of Seniors for the Province of New Brunswick. Dave the driver said he would be back but never showed.

I have been watching this company serve folks above and beyond for the last eight years as I work with folks of all ages from seniors all the way to children.It's sad to see the persons review that had a bad experience, but from what I have seen they are an exceptional lot. I have seen them continually go above what they are asked to do.I would say this is a passion for them.
