I work in a not-for-profit health care agency, booked a 37-seat bus for a senior group outing to Ripley's Aquarium. I feel I do need to share some of my great experience with you.First of all, the Customer Service girl who answered my initial enquirers was extremely helpful and patient, answered all my questions not only once, but 3 times as I had being browsing for a best value.Secondly, after confirming with me the arrival time, the bus driver arrived 10 mins earlier. The bus was new, comfortable and sparkling clean, made a great impression for all clients.The true stand-out point is that, the bus driver, Luke, after getting approval from the company owner, went above and beyond. Since the Ripley's wouldn't accommodate any eating area for this group of seniors who are in their 80's, we went back to the bus to have lunch. Luke kept the AC on the whole time so nobody was toasted. He understood the seniors were tired and didn't feel like going back to the aquarium, so he took us on a downtown sightseeing tour instead! Luke planned to take us to a park by the lake but I said it's OK as everybody had a great day and couldn't be happier. Many of these seniors hadn't had a chance to go out of their community not mention browsing through downtown for over 10 years, so you can imagine how much joy this trip brought to them!A small trip to this company, yet you truly made a big difference in these senior's lives! I don't normally post reviews but I feel the need to.less than 24 hours prior to trip departure, the vendor I previously booked with refused to take us.I was referred to Zen Travel, and was setup with our bus drive Ming. It was truly an amazing experience. Not only was he polite and courteous, he went above and beyond for our entire group.We saved about $500.00, we had a great experience with unbeatable service. What else can you ask for?You are welcome to shop around but trust me, you'll end up deciding to go with Zen Travel.

The website shows pictures of Korean models and actresses. The service is perfunctory. Nothing therapeutic about the experience on any level.

Nice service, driver and tour guide are very precessional. They have their own buses, not from other company, and very clean inside.
