Tammy was so helpful. It was my first time going bra shopping since having a baby and she made me feel comfortable despite my feeling very self conscious.She is a wealth of information and pulls out all the stops to ensure that all customers are happy. I will absolutely be going back.

I went in there today shopping. Everyone there went out of their way to help. Nobody was pushy or impatient. I wish I could recall all of their names. The one I can recall is Shawnta (Guessing on spelling). She was at the checkout and took me to help me find something else. We went back to the sales floor and she went out of her way. Great service! Thanks everyone!

Worst experience. Associates didn’t offer me help and when I exited the changing room, they were speaking about me in a negative way. I will never return to VS again. They are not body positive and the associates were rude and unhelpful.

All my life, my favourite scent is VS coconut passion(lotion). When I asked one of the girls(Morgan), she said “we never have one”. I was like thats not even a seasonal scent, it was a regular lotion/mist scent and I always buy that scent. Made me so confused. They should be more familiar with their products.

Fantastic customer service! I am not sure of the name of the person who I dealt with however, I knew from the get go she was very knowledgable. She asked if I needed a fitting which I humbly admitted to that I did. I’ve been struggling for a couple years to find the right fit . She was efficient, thorough and quick.!

I just left and was too excited to wait to leave a review. All of the women at this store are incredible at their jobs - i’ve recently lost a lot of weight and haven’t felt comfortable in my body. The entire staff made me feel so comfortable in my skin and helped me figure out exactly what shapes/styles/sizes will work for me the best. I almost cried at the amount of effort they went through to make me feel so sexy and confident! Thank you all so much, and i’ll be definitely coming back very soon!

Just wanted to give a special shout-out to Sarah, who helped my friend and I out today with our fittings and finding the best bras possible! We both walked in unsure of our size, Sarah listened to our concerns, and I can honestly say that never in my experiences of going bra shopping, did i have such an stress-free time! Give this girl a promotion!!
