Ronnie is a superstar! I have been having trouble with my car for a while and showed it to a few mechanics but no one was able to figure out the issue. Ronnie fixed the issue and a very reasonable price. Paul is a very knowledgable person. He talks very politely with clients and explains everything in detail. We had a very good conversation on the phone and then we decided that either he would come to my house to fix the car or I take the car to his repair shop. It was up to him to decide which way works best for him because he had a paving project on the go in his shop.But he stopped responding back to my call and texts after the very first call, which I wasn’t sure why. So I posted a review and talked about my experience. As soon as I posted it, he texted me back and said he has lost a friend and he will get back to work on Wednesday. Now everything made sense again. So I removed my review right away and gave him my condolences. And here we are now, three days after Wednesday and he is still not willing to answer me.Well, I never do this to my clients even if I don’t want to accept their jobs.

I don't like leaving bad reviews expecially for a small business owner . But Ron come on bro !!! Over a year and still waiting on you to hook up the car-starter you disconnected. I even paid you on the spot without fixing the issue .

I went to this shop on reference of another car shop but the electrical guy Ron was not there, didn't pick up the phone, left a message, no reply, sent a text, no reply after 3 days, just unprofessional... maybe he does not need work, save yourself a tripEdit - This guy says he was on vacation. If he is running a business, he should change his voice mail, I would not get a dream that he is on vacation. He should place a sign on his door that his business is shut from this date to this date... another guy working in the same building but running another business mentioned that this guy rarely comes to his shop and if you call him 20 times, he picks up once. This attitude is no good man if you are lacking in business courtesy. Also, a person who wants to work will reply to text or call after coming back from vacation.

Rone is Master for car electrical work. I cant explain in one word how he fixed my car.Let me explain what was problem first, I am having Toyota Corola. After installing aftermarket radio i got Lane departure malfunction, Pre collision sensor Malfunction, Passanger air bag Malfunction alert on my dashboard. I tried more than 20+ shops in waterloo and no one was able to fixed that they even dont know what happened my car.After that I found his shop details and i called him from waterloo and he told he can fix that for 200%. I took an appointment and went to his shop and he was like a magician he knows everything what he is doing and he knows how to solve problems. He fixed my problem within 5-10 minutes!! He is genius. I strongly recommend them for any kind of sensor or electrical work for your car !!! Thanks a lot Rone

Ron was amazing answered all my calls, questions and scheduled me in quickly.Saved me A TON OF MONEY by fixing wiring connection to my tail light on my TT MK2. I would have bought a new tail light and wasted a bunch of money but he was able to rewire and fix the issue on site at his garage with no issues at all. Even went the extra mile and fixed some details that weren't even mentioned for extra security.Solid work by a professional, I will definitely be back when my other side taillight fails lol.

I called and got an appointment for a remote starter. Quoted me 550 for it. Service began Tuesday 9am, and I was told it should be fine for Wednesday pickup. Wednesday night, no answer. Car wasn't worked on. Called Thursday, thankfully Ron answered. Said 9pm latest. 9pm came, and he said midnight latest. Midnight came and nothing. Friday morning, nothing. Friday noon, called, and nothing. Showed up Friday night to take my car back since of all these complications" and found the note I had left him on my driver's seat from Tuesday still there. Brought it back and left it there a Saturday night for him to work on it on Sunday
