I think theyare excessively expensive, for the amount of time they stay..they were suppose to fix 2 things for me and the tech only got to fix 1 thing because I needed something else for the other the item he could not fix. They gave him a 30 minute leeway. And still i was charged the same amount they quoted for the the 2 things...not right!!!@

I realized it was a scam when i had issues with my tv the first year. Please before getting anything from geek squad check first the protection of consumers laws. Your tv is covered by the manufacturer for 5 years minimum. I would also suggest not buying at best buy. I wish i could give a below zero rating.
