We had I ssues with our dishwasher for over a year. We had a guy come two different times to try and fix the problem with no luck long term. Yurii came and took the time to explain what he thought the problem was and how to fix it. He was on time, very professional and a very diligent worker. We are very pleased.

Alex Goz from Max Appliance Repair gives great service. Today he repaired my Samsung basement refrigerator. Last year he repaired my Kenmore dryer. He gave me great advice about maintaining my other appliances as well. I was hesitant about calling for service the first time but Alex has been honest and upfront about whether or not it is worthwhile to repair. No pressure here. Fast service and reasonable pricing. Definitely keeping him on speed dial.

I had the technician Oleg come out today and fix my washing machine. Very professional, very quick very knowledgeable covered his shoes walking into my home. I would definitely recommend Max Appliance to my friends and family.

We contacted Max Repair due to the 5 star rating. Unfortunately our experience was not 5 star quality. Although they showed up the next day, the tech came in super hot. I said hello, he just said, ‘I’ve been trying to call you’. Then he was frustrated the whole time (later he said he was frustrated w himself).The washer issue wasn’t fixed, and we called back to get someone back out right away. The first time, we were hung up on and the second time they said someone will call us back but they just refunded our service cost Without a call back or explanation. We were told that there’s a 2 wk warranty on the work, but guess not. Would not recommend. Glad others have had good experiences though.

I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessional and impolite behavior I encountered during my recent experience. It is truly unimaginable how I wasted my hard-earned money for absolutely no reason at all. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment, as their lack of professionalism and rudeness left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied. It is crucial to avoid such establishments in order to ensure a positive and fulfilling consumer experience.

Roman was superb! The washer repair was complex but he handled it so professionally. And the cost was more than fair too! Would 100% use this company again.

Simple and straightforward service! Oleg was great at identifying the issue with our fridge and immediately ordered new parts for it. Very professional and fast installation. Would recommend using him again.

It was easy to schedule a service call for my dryer. The technician Alexander notified me when he was on the way and arrived within the scheduled time. He promptly diagnosed the problem and coordinated ordering the parts. He returned for the repair and completedthe job without any issues. He was extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would definitely request him again if I required service for another appliance.
