Thrifty Car Rental

Please dont take your business here. I rented a car for Thursday...asked if i could bring it in on Friday early. They said yes.On Friday we had a blizzard and the main roads were all closed. I called to let them know i could not bring car in and no one was available. I left a message but they did not call back. The blizzard continued on Saturday and i returned the vehichle Monday Am before they opened. I was okay with being charged for Thursday and Sunda but not for Friday as there was a blizzard nor Saturday...the same. I figure they would not rent on Sunday as they are not open weekends so 2 days seemed reasonabl. No...I was charged for all 4 days. To top it off for 40.00 more dollars i could have had the vehicle for another 3 days and that might have been a good alternative...only found that out after i went hime and read receipt.the miles and gas receipt clearly show that i did not use the vehichle any more than i said....Not helpful .Will not be renting from Legacy/hertz thrifty in Kicardine or Walkerton(head offic) again
