Nike Factory Store

Loved it. Was really busy but some good deals and good products. Definitely a favorite mall to go to, so many stores just like the Nike store!

Have found good deals here but only once has someone helped me here. We came on a very busy Saturday and two guys helped us and gave us the best customer service, HOWEVER… every time I have come during the week the store is FULL OF STAFF and no one offers to find sizing or even says hello… literally not one staff member. They are all standing around talking amongst themselves. Even the manger I spoke too sheepishly apologized but didn’t care at all about the lack of help whatsoever. I am so disappointed as I have bought a ton of shoes here. Wish I didn’t continue supporting because they don’t deserve the business.

This is one of our favourite places to shop! All of the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Brendow who went out of his way to find sizes for us during a very busy time. They have huge selection of shoes and clothing, and once in a while, they have a great sale with 30 to 40% off everything (Black Friday and Boxing Day). Shop early on those days, sometimes there are lineups to get in. They are an outlet so their everyday prices are also great. Sometimes certain sizes are not in stock, but they are quite good at restocking.

Great store with a large selection of shoes (all near the back of the store). Clothing can be a hit or miss, but there is usually a rack for additional discounts. Changing room is currently closed (Feb 2022) so you can’t try on any of the clothing. The shoes section is kind of narrow and lined with boxes up to the ceiling. Looking for or trying on shoes might get a bit crowded on the weekend when you’re also competing for personal space with other customers.

It has much mote collection that other Nike outlets but they had weird rules. They made people wait outside in a big lineup because they don't have enough staff to help then

I recently went to visit tsawwassen mills as I was in need of a new pair of runners. I decided to visit Nike. There I was met with excellent costumer service by one of their employees. I believe her name was Jasjot. She helped me find the perfect pair of runners that would best suit my needs. I was very happy with my purchase and would definitely visit this location of Nike again!

This is one of the few places locally that I can find size 15 mens basketball shoes. I usually have to order online but recently have been lucky enough to find 3 pairs of size 15s here. I also want to give a mention to the managers Carol and Steven who are the absolute gold standard. Very thankful and happy for this location.

Tsawwassen Mills Nike store is never a disappointment. Always great deals! I am very impressed with the selection of Michael Jordans shoes, I ended up buying two pairs, the same model, different colors. Overall great customer service and excellent prices.

Son on 4th pair in one year. Good deals on Black Friday and holidays. My experience shop here but don’t expect them to last long. Wider selection than most outlet.
