They are open to teach what they were doing in this process. Patiently answered our questions and was open to our suggestions. We utilized them to replace 3 hot water tanks with a broiler with Heat on Demand along with our Furnace. It's well organized!

Ben installed my AC unit and also identified a problem left over from my last hvac guy that was preventing my furnace fan from turning on when it should. He fixed the surprise issue and didn't even charge extra for it.
