Have been dealing with Peak Sleep Clinic since 2015 for CPAP, allergy and asthma testing.They informed me of the Philips Dreamstation recall and officially processed my claim.Today I met with Tamara for a consultation and a no charge replacement machine from Philips.I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Peak and would highly recommend them to anyone that may require CPAP.

Good communication with appointment reminders by text. Free parking, office is clean and well-maintained. Office assistants are friendly and knowledgeable about benefit coverage. Tamara is a terrific Respiratory Therapist! She noticed a contraindication on my health history to completing breathing tests on my initial visit so these were rescheduled easily. When completing the tests at a later date, she provided information about the testing and answered all my questions. Provided good instructions and follow-up when I started use of CPAP. Sleep is much improved with use of equipment.

If you are looking for the full service experience for sleep apnea, this clinic fits the bill. Lot of free parking and lots of consult rooms. I saw Tamara and she is good at listening and explaining what you need to know. It’s good to know that replacement supplies typically go on sale at Easter and Black Friday.

She does an excellent job of explaining sleep apnea, its effects and treatment and this has helped me to achieve much better sleep health. It has been an excellent experience dealing with Peak Sleep Clinic right from my first contact with staff to make a sleep study appointment through to final purchase of a CPAP machine. Tamara's knowledge and advice was first rate as she guided me through the sleep study process, a trial with the CPAP machine and purchase of the machine. My husband and I attended Peake Sleep/Allendale this morning. He needed a new machine, he'd previously dealt with another CPAP business. Tamara, didnt just go through the motions, she took the time to go over his needs and determined he'd been wearing the wrong size mask, that had been causing leaks at night while in use (also keeping me awake). She took time to assess him, prescribe the new equipment. He was impressed. Myself, I had been coming to Tamara for three years. Even still with questioning, she determined I needed a slightly different mask that hadn't been available on my initial assessment. She pinned down a dissatisfaction, and remedied it. I was so impressed. She cares for her clients, and knows her stuff. I highly recommend Tamara, and Peake Sleep Clinic to new and existing CPAP users.

I had to travel from BC to Edmonton to have my recalled machine replaced. However, the staff person who assisted me (both before my appointment in providing updates) and during my appointment was great. I would definitely continue as their patient if I still lived in Edmonton.

Very impressed with the overall professionalism and service provided by the team at Peak Medical, they were able to assist with a diagnosis and fit me with the correct machine. All paperwork was prepared to submit to my group benefit provider to get my reimbursement. Tamara did an excellent job explaining the machine and also followed up weekly to review the results.Highly recommend this team.
