Mary is amazing. Told her what I wanted and she transformed me. Walked out feeling like a new person. Can't wait for my next cut. Professional, friendly, personable and made me feel like I was her most important client of the day.

Alicia is the most kindest and patient person I've ever met. I highly recommend anyone in Port Colborne to visit this location for a great hair cut or colour product.You will not be disappointed, such a friendly and non-judgment environment that everyone needs in this world.

Alicia was the hairdresser who cut my son’s hair, she was very patient and did a great job with him (he’s 14 months old). She took the time to make sure the haircut was even and that she didn’t cut too much off. Great job!

Took my daughter in for a haircut. The person that did her cut was not professional at all. Her cut was horrible and she didn’t even dry her hair right or check for straightens or anything.They had her in and out in less then 30 mins and it shows that the hairdresser ( if that’s what you call her) hasn’t had training and they shouldn’t have someone like that representing their company. Please if you are going to charge for a service make sure that someone qualified is doing the job. Will never return to this salon again. Very disappointed

Well, I want to give 5 starts to Jackie for the great work she did on blow dry my thick and curly hair. However, I have to give zero star for the reception I got at the salon. It was my first visit. I called in the morning and booked an appointment for 5PM. I talked to Mary and she told me that some else would do my hair. I arrived right on time and a girl, whose name I didn't ask for, wasn't friendly at all. First of all, she took a while to find the my appointment and assumed it was a misunderstanding. Second, she told me the salon would have to charge me full price for the washing, even though I only needed to rinse the hair treatment a had on. Third, she had a discussion with her co-worker that embarrassed me and made me think that something was wrong. Anyways, it was far away from a warm welcome for a new client. I wanted to register my experience and share this incident with the owner(s) of this business. I left satisfied with the result, but very disappointed with the rudeness and unkindness of the hairdresser (yes, I figured out she is a hairdresser and not a receptionist as I thought in the beginning).

Absolutely awful service if I could I would give it a zero star rating. Booked a kids cut for my four year old daughter and waited 45 minutes to even be taken for our appointment then took another 45 minutes to cut my daughters hair. The lady was beyond slow and rude towards my four year old. Stylist complained the whole time about my daughter which was just beyond rude. Worst hair cut I have ever seen I asked for just a trim and the stylist took way beyond what was asked. Would never return after this experience. Don’t take kids.

My mother had her haircut in port colborne at firstchoice told the hairdresser not to short well she cut way to short and both sides are a different length. Then it came time to pay the hairdresser she said they didn't accept cash only card then the price for a haircut was 26.99 which is way to much for just a haircut my mother will going elsewhere in the future it will be at least a year before this hack job grows out.

I would give zero stars if that was possible. I think everyone who has ever gone here knows the women who works here is a very rude and nasty person and shouldn't be working with the public AT ALL my husband tried to book an appointment and was told that he should do it on the website, when he said okay the women said so are you coming or not...strike 1....my children both desperately needed a haircut so we still ended up booking for 430. When he arrived to HIS SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT the same women was annoyed that they were there because and I quote she likes to leave before the salon actually closes" after complaining and huffing and puffing and making my kids feel unwelcome she started with my daughter who only wanted a trim
