The gentleman that delivers to our area is always friendly and has a nice little treat for the work pooch's. Everyone is happy to see him. Packages are delivered with care and on time. Thank you, Midland.

Excellent company to work for!

I had some tires to come through from Midland and the service was great! Had a call when they were on the way and to make sure someone was home. Had some help putting them away. Would definitely recommend :)

My business receives parcel often through different delivery companies. Midland Courier's costumer service is one of the best. Last time I just missed the delivery truck and I was very pleasantly surprise when the driver (Miroslav) came back to try it again. Thank you for the great service !

Extremely slow service in the London and Surrounding area. It takes 5 business days to receive a skid shipping from Toronto to London.... Apex and Concorde are much better carriers. I would advise using them before Midland.

An absolute joke of a courier company. I own a small business in Hamilton and we use Midland to bring us our fresh product. Not only is the delivery never on time, but more often than not my customers are left waiting because the shipment doesn’t make it to Hamilton until the following day. This in turn means I have to go out of my way to drive out to Cambridge once or twice in a day to pick up the product that I paid to be delivered to me. The absolute nerve this company has to have a sign outside their Cambridge location, with their slogan as “Always on time. GUARANTEED!”. Where’s my guarantee? I should be compensated for the time and money I’ve wasted. I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving.

HD 3 pallets delivered. Driver I think his name was Arnold, was fantastic. Dispatch was very helpful and polite even after I called 4 times. Talked to someone today at head office and they were very helpful.
