Plaza Apartments

One of the worst places I’ve been to yet, they didn’t clean our apartment so when we vacuumed it got clogged and it actually stopped working because of the lady’s hair who had been there before, management said they didn’t care about the safety of us or children. They were very rude saying we threatened them and refused to give keys. For the love of god DO NOT rent from here. They took our damage deposit even tho everything was clean.

The person who wrote the 5 star review was most likely a former manager. I was an actual tenant who lived with my boyfriend there. Management was a joke. They hired two people who had no experience in management. Then two more who were rude and didn't care about any complaints. Our suite was a mess already , and we were supposed to get it looked at but throughout our 6 month stay no one showed up. Because of the location (downtown) there were lots of let's say - interesting characters , to the point where all management gave up and let it all happen.In short , as a former tenant I would suggest to not stay here. The prices maybe amazing and affordable but this truly is not worth it. I wish the best of luck to other managements to come.

Worst place you can ever live in. The manager is a liar. The apartment is not clean and they are only trying to get money from you. Honestly I will give 0 star if allowed.

Slum lord scam artists. All the advertisements are intentionally false and misleading. When asked about the discrepancies she got very nervous and kept changing the subject. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS. Went to go look at an apartment for $710 a month with a $200 dollar Damage Deposit and upon arriving was told the price was actually $845 with a $400 dollar Damage Deposit, and that the unit displayed in the ad was not Actually the unit being offered. The unit being offered is a dirty basement apartment with cracked windows and pictures of naked models hanging from the fan from the last tennant. Pretty sure false advertisement is illegal.

Beautifully renovated suites. Great management and friendly tenants. Nice buildings overall.

I have been living in this apt building for 3 years 5425 47a ave building # 4 now and the management and maintenance crew of this building have always been polite and professional the building is always clean. and any concerns I have had were addressed as soon as possible which is refreshing to see

I currently live here and with the new management its become a very decent place. Managers listen to concerns and actually do something about it. The places are older but thats what you get for cheaper rent. My building is pretty quiet ive never seen any night crawlers around trying to steal stuff. Overall for what you pay its pretty decent. They also allow larger dogs which is a huge bonus for people with big dogs.

If I knew what I know now, I would have NEVER moved in here. Constant domestic violence from a neighbour, and telling the landlord only created more drama. Nothing was solved the violence only got worse. Oh and not to mention had to get pest control in my place for a serious issue. Will be moving as soon as my lease is up.

The Managers or What ever they are have no control. No care in the world regarding issues in their buildings. They speak to people like cap and just let anyone walk in to the not clean apartments. I would say don't live here because all you will have is trouble.

I am giving Plaza apartments a 1 star review because that’s the lowest it will allow me to give. I wish I could give them a 0 out of 5 star review. Most disorganized people I have ever dealt with. It’s like they’re letting children run this place. They have nothing in order and they will not listen to any concerns you may have, they will lie to you, and they will literally let ANYONE live here.
